Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Firewood for about 2-3 heating sessions is included, more firewood is available to buy if needed. We have another accommodation about 1.5 km away - see our ad Cottage House. Perfect when there are more than 5 people who want to stay close to each other. There is a possibility to rent bicycles to easily get between the accommodations (gravel road).

Mitt bland ängar och skog ligger denna charmiga gårdslänga med tillgång till lummig uteplats, eldstad och bastu. Närmsta badstrand är Vitemölla 4,5 km bort. Vi erbjuder workshops/kurser med instrumentbygge, keramik, matlagning och örtvandringar.

Det är cykelavstånd till Simrishamn och stränder.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
