If the weather is bad, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

If you are driving yourself, it is possible to park the car close to the house. The house is large and spacious in every way. Behind the house, away from the city's traffic and noise, is our garden. A beautiful old garden with room for relaxation and play.

On the lower floor there is sleeping space for 2 more people on the sofa (2 x 60x190). Ystad train station is 200 meters away and the beach is about a 10-minute walk.
