We have kept the old nice 50s kitchen and we rebuilt the old chimney and put in a fireplace. We also prepared the upstairs for a separate apartment with its own entrance, which we also rent out. The house has a fantastic location with many nice walking opportunities, proximity to restaurants, kiosk, mini golf and many other activities.
