We live in Malmslätt, Linköping in a beautiful area. There is a 5k walking trail and padel courts!! just minutes from our row house.The bus stop a very short walk from our house that takes you direct into town or to the central train/bus station. A 5 minute walk to the ICA-supermarket. Free parking on the street/guest parking. You will have your own room with two separate beds. They are from a pull-out coach. However, we have bought extra mattresses for a cozy night's sleep. Shared kitchen.

Nice room with its own toilet. Share kitchen, bathroom and patio & garden. Close to Göta Canal and the lake and beautiful nature! Lovely in the summer with boating with locks, swimming, restaurants, café etc. Wonderful to bike along the canal! My beloved husband has passed away & the dear children have moved out. I like people and hope there will be nice meetings. I can help with information. There is a cat. If you are a family & need an extra bed, there is a sofa bed in the TV room.

The house is located in a very calm neighbourhood, close to the university (800 m), the bus lines (50 m), and the main car roads (E4 for example). Free parking in the area. Close to nature. Supermarket -City Gross- is very close too (600 m) as well as pharmacy, fitness centers, and restaurants open during the evenings and from a walking distance. Mjärdevi Science Park and some other restaurants are also quite close (10 minutes walk), as well as the golf.
