Vacation rentals with a kayak in Östergötland County

We had a great stay. The house is located at a beautiful lake. It's perfect for enjoying the swedish nature. Especially the sauna by the lake was our favorite. Odd was a great host, answering to any questions very fast.

We had a wonderful time in Rebecca and Eriks house in Åmmeberg. The house has a lovely interior (Rebecca and Erik put much effort in renovating this lovely house), it is very spacious, cosy and you find everything you need for your stay. It was perfect for our kids that they could easily go outside to the beautiful garden. The kids loved all games and books in the house - some warmer evenings we ate outside, you even have a fireplace and BBQ. The house is located near a street, but it didn’t effect and bother us at all! We used Rebecca and Eriks canoe and did some little mini trips in Åmmelången, just 3 minutes from the house, the kids loved it! We came to Åmmeberg by electric car and we could easily charge our car in Askersund or other cities, the infrastructure in Sweden is perfect. We loved swimming in the lakes (perfect for kids, good water temperature and shallow), especially the beach at Motala, and hiked in the Tiveden nationalpark, the nature there is breathtaking. We had a great weekend in Hummelvik! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and very cozy decorated house. There were many different places to sit, which allowed you to adapt to the weather but still be outside. To sauna and then jump into the sea was the highlight! Very fun for the kids to play on the rocks and the jetty. Kristoffer was very nice, left good and clear information and always responded promptly! We would be glad to come back ☀️

Like the previous times, it was again a very nice stay with Erik. If we are nearby again, we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay with our 7-month-old baby, and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was clean, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and made us feel right at home. Jimmy was incredibly approachable and responded quickly to any questions we had, which made the experience even smoother. Incredibly good accommodation that I can really recommend! Close to the charcoal yard, good patio for the kids and a very cozy accommodation. Nice place by the water. Great hosts who were very nice and helpful. I'd love to stay here next time we go to Kolmården! Worth the price.

We had three beautiful days on the small island. Especially the kids enjoyed the stay very much. In the evening we could make fires and enjoy the tranquility. Unfortunately, there were also many mosquitoes, but we were prepared for that. The location is very nice and quiet. The accommodation itself is very simple, but with everything you need. Refrigerator, gas stove, etc. worked perfectly. The outdoor shower also serves its purpose. Communication with Peter was great and very fast. Definitely to be recommended.

The description “dream house” was extremely accurate! If you are looking for a perfect time at a quiet lake this is the place to go. We will definitely come back

We had a lovely stay during our trip for Vätternrundan! Sten is a great host who was helpful and very friendly. Beachvillan is located on a gorgeous beach with a peaceful view of the lake. Due to our focus on the bike event we did not try the activities at the house, however there were lots of choices too! 6 adults would have been too much for us but we could make it work for 4 (tall) adults. We are really glad we stayed here 😊

We stayed with our dogs over Christmas and New Year's Eve in the cottage of Conny & Carina. The house is beautifully located on the edge of the forest and is very tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Conny & Carina are wonderful hosts who always made sure that we had everything we needed and that we felt comfortable. Conny even made it possible for us to load our car, although we could not drive into his garage due to the roof box. We felt welcome and at home from the first minute to the last minute and would recommend the cottage 100%. It was a wonderful, quiet vacation. A thousand thanks to Conny and Carina!! We will be happy to come back. 😀

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. The beautiful nature and the many leisure opportunities have made the holiday particularly relaxing. The sauna house with the hot tube was simply indescribably beautiful in a clear starry sky. Particularly noteworthy is the very personal, fair and fast communication with Julia and Pelle.

Nice little Airbnb, you have everything you need. I would recommend it 100%. Also furnished with attention to detail. Also quiet location and Malin is super nice and helpful.

We had a great stay in the very cozy cabin. The view from the terrace was great. The whole area is fantastically beautiful and very quiet, Pfaue and the very friendly farm dogs came to visit. Almost every night we were on the lake by boat. Great swimming spot and barbecue area right on the jetty. Highly recommended. Feel free to come back.

This cottage totally met our expectations. The tranquility and nature were very relaxing. Ellinor was a super great host: communicative, helpful, friendly, quickly accessible and she gave us good tips for the area. We felt very comfortable. Their animals were also very likeable to us. We stayed in this idyllic log cabin with our children and dog for a week at the end of May. In the region there are many castles or mansions to visit and Stockholm is only 50-60 minutes away by train from Katrineholm. Otherwise, you are in fantastic nature directly on the lake and can relax wonderfully. Patricia was always easily accessible and super friendly and helpful. We would definitely highly recommend the place!

It is a lovely place where you really can slow down and enjoy the quiet and beautiful nature. The cabin is cozy and it is just perfect to be able to use the canoes. Leif was very welcoming.
