Charmig stuga, Gustavsberg, Himmelsby

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve, with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (7 bedrooms - 8 beds including bed linens and towels).

Cozy and waterfront cottage for year-round stay

Västanvik, close to Östgötaleden hiking, Vättern's coves and swimming, walks, a quiet moment and possible day trips to Motala, Askersund, Medevi, Vadstena, and more! Motala with Varamonbaden only about 20 minutes by car is the Nordic's largest lake swimming area and offers a wonderful beach. Also suitable for golf weekends with proximity to, for example, Motala Golf Club, Vadstena Golf Club and Askersund Golf Club.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.

White guest house in Sya

The small white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm and contains most of the amenities you need for a few nights. Outside, you will find a small undisturbed patio with raspberry fields as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån. In the village there is also Kaptensbostaden, which offers auctions and has its own interior design shop with limited opening hours.

Ideally located just 25 minutes from Stockholm Skavsta Airport, 1 h 20 min from Stockholm and 5 minutes from the ocean. Very close to beautiful hiking trails and forrest. From the airport to the apartment it takes you about 10 minutes by car. To the center of Linköping it´s about 10-15 min (walking distance). The city's major conference center, Linköping Konsert och Kongress, is five minutes away. The accommodation suits couples, families and business travelers.
