Delightful farmhouse 10 minutes from Linköping

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Just a 10-minute drive from the city center. The house is about 65 sqm and newly built but with a genuinely rural style. Here you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with most of what you need. A small but smart bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with dryer. Spacious bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed in the TV room. Here you live with the forest close by and two nature reserves with several hiking trails and bird lakes nearby. Occasional nights on request during the summer.

Enjoy your stay on a small farm near Söderköping

Stay overnight in your own cottage at our small farm, Solsätter farm 8 min outside Söderköping along E22. Here we have goats, chickens, rabbits and cats. If you're lucky, you can have a freshly-laid egg for breakfast. There are two single beds on the lower floor, 2-3 beds in the cozy loft. The stairs up to the loft are steep, not recommended for children under the age of 12. Close to nice swimming lake with swimming jetty, distance 5 km. The place is good if you are visiting Kolmården, Vimmerby or want to visit Söderköping's surroundings.

Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you can walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing and toys. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Det är en stuga på landet med lugnt läge ca 10 min från E4:an söder om Mantorp. Huset är på ca 50m2. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och öppen spis. Vardagsrummet är öppet upp till nock. Över sovrummet finns ett loft med två madrasser som kan användas som extrabäddar. Köket är fullt utrustat samt med diskmaskin. På tomten finns också en friggebod med en våningssäng. Stor lummig trädgård med uteplats och grill. Priset gäller för 4 bäddar. Extra sovplats 150sek/bädd.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Welcome to rent this nice accommodation in Tannefors. Parking for one car is available in the driveway and is included in the fee. If you have more cars, you can park on the street for a fee. 15 minute walk to Linköping city. Bus stop just around the corner. Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you can enjoy both nature and water. Here you will find Kanalmagasinet, where you can have a good dinner in summer, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.
