super cute comfortable place. very clean and easy to find. check in was easy as well as check out. very comfortable and qurhin waling distance from many restaurants, daiso or dollar store, and other things including convenience stores

The location is particularly convenient, and both exits can be reached quickly.There is FamilyMart nearby, 10 minutes walk from Totiankaku etc. The landlord was very friendly, the communication was very quick, and the communication was very smooth! The room is very clean, full of content, even equipped with condiments, laundry detergent, always one of them.Fridge is available for freezing and beverages.The only shortage is that it is not very soundproof to go up and down the stairs, it is a little moving, it is nice to be polite in the guests, and it is quiet to go up and down the stairs without talking loudly.Then there is the occasional sound of the alarm, but it is not loud and does not affect the rest.

Thank you to the host for responding quickly whenever I had questions. The location is excellent — there are three major convenience stores nearby, and it’s also very close to the train station and a supermarket. Although the house only has a washing machine and no dryer, there’s a coin laundry nearby where you can dry your clothes, which is very convenient. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with family or friends.

It was very convenient, with many convenience stores and restaurants near the station.There were towels and bath towels, and the shower was comfortable.There was also a public bath within walking distance, and I was able to warm up slowly.Perhaps because it is close to the main road, the fact that you can hear the sound of cars driving and feel the shaking at night is a bit of a downside.If you are sensitive to the sound, you may be concerned.We were told in advance that it was self check-in, but on the day of our stay, the host waited for us at check-in time and politely explained the keys and facilities.Four of us stayed together, but overall we had a very pleasant time.Thank you very much.

We were three people staying in this homestay, two floors, and we all felt comfortable with plenty of room for activities.The bathroom and the bath room are separated; there is a washing machine and iron, refrigerator, cooking food, a family is convenient to stay in the laundry, and a lot of double slippers are prepared.There are air conditioners on both floors, it is a very old and ancient building, very chic, and it is also very close to the subway station and there are many convenience stores and local local shops to eat around.We love it and recommend it to friends who come next time ~ ~

The Host is Taiwanese, very friendly, speaks Chinese, the room is very large, very comfortable and clean!

The accommodation is as described, very easy to access in a quiet and peaceful area in the heart of Osaka, close to amenities: laundry, family mart, and 2 minutes from a subway station. The hostess is very charming, welcoming and caring, I felt at home. The futon is also super comfortable, I slept really well. I recommend it without hesitating!

This was a really lovely stay. Better than photos, spacious but cozy, clean & rooms had lovely fragrance, strong wifi in hot weather & with every amenity we needed, and we would absolutely recommend to others.

We had a very good time at Rie’s place. The house is beautiful and peaceful and has all the amenities available. There are 2 restaurants within one minute walk and two 7-Eleven within two-minute walk. Shimo-Shinjō Station is right there too connecting us to all major spots in Osaka.

Nestled in a quiet and charming enclave, the location was both peaceful and convenient—well-connected by trains and just a short drive to Namba Parks. The accommodation itself was cozy, clean, and very well-kept, with all the comforts and amenities you'd expect from a hotel. What truly stood out was Jing’s exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly attentive to even the smallest details and responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. Her thoughtfulness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Osaka!

Great house with new and smart inside amenities.It is the most comfortable house we stayed in Japan.I will definitely book here in the future when I go to Osaka.It is also very close to the Tengachaya station, and there is also a large supermarket nearby.It is very convenient to stay.Nai was very responsible and responded to all questions promptly.

This beautiful home is situated in a peaceful and cute neighbourhood. We could sleep with open windows. The alleys and little shops are worthwhile exploring. The walls are thin but the neighbourhood is very quiet. It is a short walk from the Nakazakicho metro station which gets you everywhere you need to go. The kitchen utensils are perfect if you want to cook. I appreciated the outdoor hanging space to dry clothes and towels. Was perfect for our family of four.

Lovely to stay in a neighbourhood rather than a hotel this time. The property was well equipped and had great air conditioning, water pressure and kitchen. Super great location for getting to the station (with a direct train to Nara), and we walked to the baseball dome too. We stayed as three friends and I think this place would be better suited to a family as the bedrooms were connected and the toilet downstairs.

Nice Japanese house with quiet surroundings, two stations nearby, about three minutes on foot, about ten minutes away, convenience stores are convenient next to them.The interior of the house is very clean, fully equipped, and has a classic atmosphere, the host also prepared some small casual props, and the stay is very comfortable.

If you’re asking yourself whether or not it’s worth it to book here— the answer is an absolute YES. It is truly one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed in. The outdoor tub is heavenly and was the best way to beat the summer heat during our stay. The beds are so comfortable, the house was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many excellent ones!), and the location is prime for anything you might want to get up to. We couldn’t be more grateful to have experienced Kyoto for the first time here! Truly the most peaceful place to stay in the most peaceful city. Also, the AC is the crispest I’ve ever been in, which was a must. Great all around!
