Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay within walking distance of all the major sights in Orvieto. Amazing view of the rooftops and the Duomo. Daniele was one of the best hosts we have had through AirBnB. Very responsive, very helpful and proactive. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend and we are already booking our next stay there.

Everything was seamless, from check in, to our check out. Alex communicated clearly and ensured we had clear instructions to park and access the correct gate to town and then apartment. Susy assisted us onsite, was super friendly and made sure we were clear on how everything opened/closed/worked! The apartment itself is so interesting, including its history and that of paintings and other bits and pieces. It is clean and tidy and well equipped with everything you could need; we wished we were staying for a week! The kitchen / small terraced door looked out over the valley, a breathtaking view. The apartment is in such a great location; quiet, close to cafes, well rated restaurants and gelateria. It was a pleasure to stay and experience the quiet evenings of what is a very busy place by day. We wondered around all the little streets in the evening, it was perfect for winding down after a busy week in Florence. We will be sure to visit for longer next time!

Kerstin è un host fantastica, super disponibile, ospitale e gentilissima. Il suo alloggio davvero formidabile, centralissimo, comodo da raggiungere, parcheggi gratuiti a due passi. La luce che inonda l’appartamento e la tranquillità della zona sono magnifiche. Ci viene voglia di ripartire subito e trascorrere un altro weekend a Tuscania. Torneremo presto 💜

Beautiful AirBnB! The apartment was beyond our expectations. We loved the tall ceilings, tall doors, marble floors, and large kitchen. We are already talking about when we can come back! The location is perfect - right next door to a grocery store and restaurants and cafes. We walked to get a coffee and pastry from Dolceamaro almost every morning. Highly recommend Orvieto and this AirBnB!

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

We had a wonderful stay, we even decided to extend! Francesca was lovely and super helpful, she gave us lots of recommendations for the area as well as the rest of our trip. She even helped us book a place at restaurants in the area. The kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning. We felt right at home and had a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s place! Cristina was an incredibly friendly and helpful host — she made me feel very welcome and was always available if I needed anything. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also perfect — very central and close to everything I needed. I truly appreciate Cristina’s warm hospitality and support during my stay. Highly recommended!

Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare per un breve soggiorno. L'host è stata gentilissima. La casa è in un ottima posizione, dotata di parcheggio privato. Inoltre, la casa è attrezzata per ricevere una famiglia con bambini piccoli grazie ad una comoda culla e giocattoli per i più piccoli. Davvero un esperienza piacevole!

Excelente lugar para quedarse. Super lindo y tranquilo. tiene todo lo que necesitas y está muy bien ubicado para recorrer los pueblos de la Toscana, Umbría y alrededores. no puede ser más lindo el lugar

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Un’oasi di pace e ospitalità: il Capolinea è un angolo di paradiso – anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe 🐾 ! Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼

Prachtige locatie met een prima gastheer!

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

This place is a gem if you want to rest, relax, and think. It is quiet and peaceful! Loved it!
