This villa and its amazing hosts, Mojens and Suzy, couldn’t be a better place for a family or large group to enjoy Tuscany and Cortona in particular. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean and wonderful accommodations, and Mojens and Suzy are truly the best Airbnb hosts ever. We loved our two weeks here!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

We had an amazing time with our dog (galgo/spanish greyhound). You couldn't wish for a better place to be on holidays with a dog. Huge area with a high-fence. A dream. Letizia was always helpful and responsive. We're definitely looking to come back.

We had an unforgettable stay at Marlene’s villa! From the moment we booked, Marlene was an exceptional host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The villa is absolutely beautiful, even more stunning than the photos. It’s spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Every detail has been considered to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The view is breathtaking and made our time there even more special. Sandrine’s Airbnb was by far the best accommodation we’ve ever experienced—a peaceful paradise nestled in the hills of Tuscany. What made it truly unforgettable, though, was the incredible generosity of our hosts. Sandrine welcomed us with a warm smile and thoughtfully provided delicious food and drink throughout our stay. She also shared wonderful recommendations for places to visit and things to see. It was a true blessing to meet such kindhearted and gracious people. 🙏

We decided to stay with Gabriele and Donatella because it is very close to Civita di Bagnoregio. The house is very nice and tidy. It is arranged on 3 levels and on the lower floor there is a beautiful jacuzzi. Equipped with 2 air conditioners for hot or cold air. We didn't use the kitchen, but we really enjoyed the coffee capsules, the jams, the biscuits, and the tea they left for breakfast. There was also a bottle of water for us. Everything was clean and cared for with Alexa for music. Also close, a few meters away there is a very good "pub" WHEN I CAN where you eat and above all you drink divinely. We will definitely be back since it is only 1h from Rome !!!

Beautiful place, comfortable and homely. The area around is easy to reach and explore with 15-30 minutes car trips. Ramona and her daughter were very lovely and welcomed us with a delicious homemade cherry pie.

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

We’ve traveled frequently using sites like AirBNB. This was by far our favorite First the grounds-wow. Gorgeous, peaceful, beautifully maintained. Multiple places to lounge in sun or shade at the pool and on the covered veranda. Lots of great outdoor game sets available-bocci ball & badminton. The house was spotless. Large rooms, beautifully furnished. Loved the massive eat in kitchen. Had every amenity you could imagine-even power adapters. Beds were firm & comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, clean & had plenty of hot water. The pool table was fun to use on a rainy afternoon. Location was quiet and serene, and perfectly positioned for visiting many of the hill towns. We tried 2 local restaurants recommended by Lavinia and both were very good. Lavinia was warm & welcoming and always very responsive. She and her son met us, gave us the tour, and offered many suggestions. She was wonderfully kind to our parents and made us feel at home. Would stay again in a heartbeat

We had an unbelievable time at Floriana’s villa. We had a wedding nearby that she arranged transportation for, had incredible home-cooked meals, and enjoyed the private pool. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling through Umbria, it’s absolutely stunning and Floriana made the experience even better.

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

Very responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. We hope to come back sometime. Very private and peaceful, a nice change from touristy, busy parts of Tuscany at the end of each day.

Our family has nothing but amazing things to say about Deborah’s air bnb! We had an amazing week. We took full advantage of her local recommendations for activities and meals. They did not disappoint! Deb answered every text quickly and helped with last minute dinner reservations one night. We highly recommend a visit to The Cardinal’s Garden and hope to go back sometime soon!

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

The villa is the most beautiful place we stayed at during our 20 day trip through Europe. It’s a bit on a splurge in price but very much worth it. The views from the villa of the pool and the lake are breathtaking. The house is very beautiful, everything was functioning properly and the kitchen is great to cook in. We stayed in and cooked dinner one night and it was great. We also took advantage of the Complimentary olive oil tasting that is included with the stay and that was also of fun. Our guide said was so knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a much needed break during our busy vacation.

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

Simone was a truly fantastic host. He was always so friendly, eager to help, and checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was okay, but never to the point it felt like it was encroaching on our privacy. Both check in and check out were super easy. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. I’d go as far to say it’s the best airbnb I have stayed in. The photos don’t show just how many areas there are on different levels which is great if you like to have a bit of privacy or different views every now and then. We loved watching the sunset over Tuscany each night. If you find steep hills a bit of a challenge, you may have difficulty walking to/from town, but this is no problem if you’ve hired a car. We loved our time here. We were greeted by Marco’s parents who didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate just fine. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful area & we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio every day. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable, plenty of kitchen equipment and lots of space. Marco’s parents were so kind and welcoming. The location is great for a home base in Tuscany with a car. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back. We had a great time! Super clean and spacious house with a nice outdoor area. Constanze was always super helpful and responded quickly. But be aware, you need a car and restaurants and supermarkets are not in walking distance. Thanks a lot for having us.

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

We were looking for a villa that had plenty of space for my husband and I with our 3 adult kids and this villa was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The villa was in the idyllic peaceful Tuscan countryside surrounded by rolling hills, wine vineyards and olive trees with distant views of castles. It is absolutely gorgeous! Alessandro, the owner of the villa met us upon check in. The property has been in his family for hundreds if years. He was incredibly kind and generous, leaving an abundant amount of fruit, several bottles of wine from his vineyard and beautiful fresh flowers in every room. He was always available to answer any questions and make recommendations. Anke, the property manager, was excellent and responsive. Promptly answering my questions prior to the trip and proactively giving us wonderful recommendations. Highlights were truffle hunting Il Podere Castle, Umbria Olive oil tour and Banfi Castle wine tasting. Memories to last a lifetime! ❤️

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!
