Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

Our stay at Charming Castle was wonderful and relaxing after sightseeing in Rome for a few days first. Perfect pool for the kids, very peaceful and quiet. Apartment was well stocked and cosy and the caretaker Nazarene was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

Great place to stay within walking distance of all the major sights in Orvieto. Amazing view of the rooftops and the Duomo. Daniele was one of the best hosts we have had through AirBnB. Very responsive, very helpful and proactive. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend and we are already booking our next stay there.

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow! Great stay, beautiful view!

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay, we even decided to extend! Francesca was lovely and super helpful, she gave us lots of recommendations for the area as well as the rest of our trip. She even helped us book a place at restaurants in the area. The kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning. We felt right at home and had a great stay!

The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is also perfect — very central and close to everything I needed. Our two Weimaraners immediately felt at ease, welcomed with affection and freedom. Il Capolinea is surrounded by greenery, perfect for slowing down and rediscovering the pleasure of the little things. The pool invites you to relax, perhaps with a sunset aperitif. A few minutes away, a hill offers a spectacular view of the lake, which is breathtaking. Every detail is lovingly taken care of, creating a warm and regenerating atmosphere. Staying at the Capolinea is like breathing the energy of a dream come true: Monica and Renato have created an authentic place, where you can enjoy nature, good food, and real human connections. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

We had an amazing time at Alberto & Laura's. The place was quiet, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and got some great recommendations on what to do in the area. They even shared some homemade food with us, which was so good and thoughtful. Also, the swimming pool and outside space we could use was amazing and private. Would definitely go back again, 10/10!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

It was a real pleasure of staying at this wonderful and authentic place! The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home, and the Italian coziness of the space, created by Aldo and his wife, added a special charm that made the stay even more memorable. The apartment was lovely. We stayed there for 6 days from end of May into start of June. The view is incredible and the fact there is a nice balcony and a swimming pool that look over it are a bonus. Raisa was very helpful with suggestions for the area, and they let us do our own thing on the land peacefully. The dogs are very adorable and friendly too! For anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with the occasional trip into Castelina in Chianti (would recommend there are many lovely spots to eat), this is a perfect getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼
