Discover the forest, the sea, and the tranquility that surrounds this home. Newly built, fully equipped tiny house on the west coast, 40 km north of Gothenburg. The property is located rural with views of meadow and forest and in walking distance to sea bathing and public transport (2 km). In 5 minutes you reach the E6 which opens up the huge range of activities that Sweden's west coast has to offer. The property comfortably sleeps 4 (2 in sofa bed). Relax in this unique and quiet space with the attached bathing jetty and Jacuzzi. Wake up with a panoramic sea view. Quiet area with proximity to the pulse of Mollösund. Large terrace overlooking the sea, there is also the jacuzzi and a fireplace. On the other side of the house there is a lovely lounge group with a modern upscale gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with two single beds. Two sofas are available, one in the tower and one in the living room.

Lillstugan by the sea and forest

Silence, calm, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage, secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage (where I live) and a barn. At our place in northern Orust, near Slussen, you have the opportunity to both relax and socialize. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest lands. Lillstugan offers glamping (a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Cosy guesthouse close to Marstrand and Gothenburg

Welcome to our guest house with a sauna just a couple of hundred meters from the ocean. Here you have a really cosy place with plenty of hikes and close to the ocean. Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating (when it gets cold). Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.

With it's great location the other gems on the west coast are easy accessible by car.
