Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. This romantic cottage is located in the first row of the beautiful Swedish archipelago on the rocky island of Orust. Overlooking the calm sea and with its own jetty, it's hard to find a more idyllic location. The house is completely renovated with a large, lovely bathroom and a large wooden terrace. Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will live out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Take a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. Here it's hard not to fall in love - both with the place and with each other.

Silence, calm, meadows, forest and sea. Small, simple cottage, secluded, in the middle of nature on a plot with a cottage (where I live) and a barn. At our place in northern Orust, near Slussen, you have the opportunity to both relax and socialize. With minimal environmental impact, you can enjoy lazy summer days or cozy spring or autumn days in Lillstugan. Depending on the season, you can pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest lands. Lillstugan offers glamping (a bit more luxurious than camping) at its best.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
