This romantic cottage is located in the first row of the beautiful Swedish archipelago on the rocky island of Orust. Overlooking the calm sea and with its own jetty, it's hard to find a more idyllic location. The house is completely renovated with a large, lovely bathroom and a large wooden terrace. Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will live out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Take a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

A lake house built in 2023 for 4 people located right on the waterfront with its own jetty, bathing ladder and berth for a deep-sea boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.
