The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic environment decorated with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

Holiday home in a rural relaxing environment close to the forest and lovely walking paths. With a walk or bike ride, you can easily get down to the sea and saltwater swimming. Also nearby is Björlanda Kiles marina with restaurant, padel and mini golf courses. With a 10-minute walk, you will reach the bus stop that takes you to Central Gothenburg. The house is located in a residential area with close neighbors so there must be no parties or events. During the month of July, not less than 6 days

Då har du kommit rätt! Här vaknar man upp i fridfull miljö med morgondoppet i havet endast ca 600 meter bort eller i den uppvärmda poolen. In till centrum tar man sig enkelt där finner man ett utbud av caféer, restauranger, butiker, matvaruhandel och övrig service såsom apotek, blomsterhandel och frisör.

One bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, sleeping loft, sofa bed tv and Wifi, bathroom with a washing machine. About 45 minutes (54km) drive from Gothenburg city center. Approximately 11 minute (9.3km) drive from Stenungsund shopping center. A 5 minute drive (3.5km) to Ica Almö Livs, which has most things. There's also a gym and pharmacy.
