Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

The house offers all possible amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, TV, etc. Enjoy the sunset on the lovely balcony or take a short walk down to the jetty for a swim. Close to central Stenungsund with shops and restaurants. In the nearby area, there are many nice excursion destinations. Orust/Tjörn and the rest of Bohuslän are quick and easy to get to.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is designed for 6 people to be able to stay comfortably, but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our lake cabin and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is located about 500 meters (15-minute walk) east of Mollösund's old community. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. Approximately 10 km to Lysekil city center. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, A/C and combined microwave/oven. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Somewhat cramped but it works. NOTE: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the middle.

Lägenheten ligger nära Kungälv Kode Golfbana och nära till Vadholmens badplats, samt flera olika utflyktsmål nära till hands. Lägenheten är ca 50 kvm - två rum & kök, badrum & altan. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng samt dagbädd och i vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa för två presoner. Boendet är avskilt och privat.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
