Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Orlando

Close to downtown Orlando, but nestled in a historic neighborhood. Charming home that had large comfy bed and plenty of AC for an older house. Well designed room. The hosts have great communication skills and were able to accommodate me quickly after a flight was cancelled. Grateful for their quick response!

Maddy is always very polite and kind. The bedroom is identical to the one in the photo, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is 15 minutes away.

Small Rm but great price!! Had a great hot tub and massage chair. I will book again for my next trip to Orlando.

Was a perfect place to crash for the night, very clean and the pinball machines were gorgeous. Great host, super responsive.

This accommodation was not only imagination turned into reality for my children, but it also gave the adults a break from reality. The main pool area gave it a feel of a genuine island resort with fantastic drinks being served by seasoned mixologists. It’s a very unique setup as it blends the comfortability of being at home with the relaxation and freedom of your very own themed house with island style resort amenities.

Lily was very quick in responding to all my questions. The room was very organized and it had everything I needed.

Mary is a very good host and is very attentive to all the details. Highly recommended stay.

Apartment on the 3rd floor, clean, good for 4 people. Great location, in the center of the parks (Disney x Universal x Icon), very good condominium too, good structure, clean and organized, free parking with several spaces.

this place was so peaceful. the pond out back, the rain, the comfy bed, the air conditioning. exactly what i was going for in this vacation!

We had a great time in the apartment. It was spacious, well equipped and close to the pools, which the kids enjoyed a lot. Any issues we had (like forgetting the code to enter…:)), Justin answered and helped us immediately.

The place is very friendly. All too much organized, easy to find, New and me and my family felt living in home. I recomend to stay there.

This place was great! My wife and I arrived around 9ish and it was a very comfortable vibe, it was a perfect size for us two. Streaming service had a log in already which was perfect. Bathroom and kitchenette area was a great size and had a great assortment of teas and coffee.

I absolutely loved Milly’s place!! it was so so adorable, easy to find and so so close to everything, Milly made me feel right at home and peace, she communicated with me through everything and was there for me, the mall was super close with a lot of things to do around, the area was so safe and the room was spotless clean.. if I ever wanna get away again, i’m definitely staying at Milly’s house if I can because I just felt like I was at home and close to my mom(they have the same name!)

We had a great 5 night stay! Great proximity to the pool, clean unit, and fun decor. They provided a pack and play and high chair for my little one. Good communication and instructions.

We loved our stay, so much to do at Storey Lake yet close to everything else. Beatriz let us check in early and was very responsive during the booking process and leading up to the stay. My only recommendation if you stay is to bring a couple dishwasher pods as we only had one. I highly recommend staying here!

Very conveniently located near the Disney resort by driving distance. Easy access via keypad entry and located inside a gated community, away from the noise you typically may expect from a resort town. Price is a bargain when compared to other brand name resort hotels nearby going for thousands per night, with minimal amenities. Will be returning.
