I had a great stay at Muriel's place. The spot is only a block off the water, which provides great backdrops for walks. It's a private spot that's conveniently located (not walkable, but only a 5-minute drive) near to the park neighborhoods (Thornton, Audubon, Winter Park, College Park), Mills 50, and downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with easy access to I-4 and 17-92. This is a great, clean, and well-maintained spot, with a great host, that is well worth the price.

Cute, cozy place with a pool. Perfect for a couple, close to everything. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

unbelievable tranquility hidden in the heart of Orlando

This cabin is absolutely perfect! While it is centrally located and only a block away from a busy street, it is very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. We didn't hear a since dog, person, music or car. The cabin is very bright, the kitchen is VERY well equipped, and there are lots of towels, blankets and pillow. (We have stayed at Airbnb's with only 2 thin pillows, 2 bath towels for multiple nights and no kitchen towels.) The decor is eligent, simple but beautiful quality. The cabin is very spacious and highly functional. The host is kind and responsive. This is one of the very best Airbnb's we have ever stayed at and we have stayed in many. A+++

Terry was a great host, and very responsive to messages. Very easy to check in and out of with very clear instructions. The place was clean and tidy, and very quiet. It was a great place to stay! It's also very close to everything downtown!

We needed a place near our son and Dale’s place fit the bill. It was also very easy to access the highways so I could visit another family friend about 30 minutes away. It was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was great with plenty of extra towels and it was so quiet and peaceful. We loved hearing the birds in the mornings and having a carport to protect our car from the Florida sun was a definite plus. We needed to stay an extra night and Dale was able to accommodate us. Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we visit our son.

The space was relaxing, beautiful, and exactly what we needed for our vacation The host was incredibly helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was meeting their sweet cat, Totoro, who added an extra touch of charm to the whole experience We would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We especially loved the back patio—it was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The location was also ideal, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This was a nice little guests house! Perfect for a short stay. The covered driveway was an excellent perk to keep the car cool in the Florida heat. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and even a few complementary snacks. Keurig and coffee were super convenient. Great selection of books and games to use. Yard is well maintained and beautiful. Had everything we needed! Iron, pull out bed, cot, plenty of bedding and towels. TV and faux fireplace for relaxing were perfect. Front patio chairs under the awning were great for morning reading and coffee. The only two small downsides were the small shower, it was cramped and sometimes difficult to use but there’s also a tub. Also the bedroom was not super private. It had a pocket door and the other doorway was just a curtain. Overall, a very excellent Airbnb experience!

This place was perfect for us. The Host’s home, as well as the Airbnb behind his home, are simply beautiful. We could not have been more comfortable in the garage apartment. It’s cozy and quiet and we could not have asked for anything to be better. We will definitely stay there again as we have family very close by.

Matt’s cottage is so comfortable and well equipped. I was traveling with my English bulldog Henry. I was looking for a place that was close to downtown Orlando as I was attending a wedding. When I arrived my first impression of the home was how comfortable, quaint and wonderfully decorated. Henry and I took several walks around the neighborhood. The surroundings are just beautiful and it steps from a golf course. The homes in the neighborhood have lots of character and are just beautiful. I definitely will stay again if I ever end up back in Orlando. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay and you don’t want to be in a hotel. This is a great option. Don’t hesitate to book.

Great location and very walkable! It was close to everything on my list of things to try. I wasn’t too sure about what to do about the dishes as there wasn’t a kitchenette. Ended up buying dishwashing soap and washing in the bathroom sink.
