This house was better than the listing. It is definitely a home designed with families with younger children in mind. It was very comfortable with tons of amenities for children. The house is close to several grocery stores and restaurants. Matt reached out before our stay and asked if we needed anything, I asked for recs for things to do with teens and he offered suggestions. He responded in a very friendly and timely manner. We had a great stay, I will definitely book this home again when I go to Winter Park. Also, I would like to mention that the checkout instructions are extremely reasonable, Matt does not require anything crazy or strenuous at checkout, it was very common sense things like not leaving food behind. I really appreciated this when I was in a hurry to leave that day. You also have full control of the thermostat while you are staying here. We only turned it to like 71, but I travel a lot and most places have the thermostat locked, so this was a treat.

We had a wonderful time at Mike’s place. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful house with very hospitable people. They also have 2 dogs which were adorable! They provide anything you could need for a short-term stay here, and the convenient location close to the airport made it even better for us.

We had a very comfortable stay. Michelle’s has a charming place close to a lovely park where we took several walks. Also the restaurants in the area are very good.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The location was great! We were about 40 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and 30 minutes from Disney Springs—perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and very clean. We brought our Labrador who enjoyed the fenced yard. He had an amazing time! The kitchen was full of everything you may need to cook and the host even left us a little snack basket. It was a wonderful treat after a long drive. We also brought our baby and thankfully the home was equipped with a portable bassinet—definitely a plus! Overall the home was very comfortable and perfect for our trip. I highly recommend this place. ☺️

Sam and his co-host were great! Very responsive, answered all of my questions and were very helpful and welcoming. The house lives up to the pictures. Very clean and tidy. The room was great, bed was very comfy. The home is in a good area, my boyfriend and I went to florida to go Orlando. The drive was about 20 minutes. This is a great place to stay if you’re wanting to be somewhere quiet but still close to all the action. Would definitely stay again!! Great experience overall!!

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Quiet spot located near plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Your 45 minutes from Kissimmee which is close enough for fun vet far enough for sanity.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. Although it was a short, 4 night trip, we felt right at home for the entirety of it! We were even welcomed with fresh lit candles to top it off. Throughout our stay the host had great communication and really outdid our expectations when he offered to start us a fire outside to enjoy the evening. The place was spotless and the bed was so so comfy! We look forward to staying here in the future!

Sylvia was very responsive. The location was great for Disney easy access easy for restaurants fun pool area for toddlers would stay here again.

Everything was lovely! My husband, daughter, and I stayed for my son’s graduation from UCF. It was so convenient and close to campus. Also, it was a peaceful retreat as described. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the place! It’s at a great location. Was able to get to Sea World, Walmart and other nearby restaurants within single digit lyft rides which is amazing! The unit was beautifully arranged and filled with thoughtful amenities! The lake beside is simply a bonus! Host was super responsive and friendly!

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

Great Stay,Check In Was Easy You Go Right Up To Room With The Codes They Provide. Room Looks Just Like Picture, Everything Was Clean And Set Up Perfect For A Studio. Everything Is Also Close To Where You Stay.

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

This location is wonderful. Across the street is several restaurants and some shops. It is limited distance from Disney springs that you have shopping and dining with a 10 min drive at most. Parking is plentiful and easy to walk in and get right to the room.

Great area to stay and awesome host!
