The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. Stunning situation overlooking the beautiful River Fal with a single room cottage, eco pod and own ablutions block with electric shower and mains WC.
