Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Olathe

The location is convenient to many activities and within easy range of downtown Kansas City. We’ve stayed at many AirBnB properties and the beds here are probably the most comfortable of them all 👍🏻

Clean, secure, safe, cozy. Cool area by the Library. The Streetcar (free) stops directly outside the building. This spot is not in the dead center of the restaurant districts, which just means it's a little quieter. You can get to the trendy parts of downtown with a 5-20-minute walk (or a 3-10-minute Streetcar ride). So, great location. The apartment is super clean. Everything works and looks nearly brand new. It's a well-kept space. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. No concerns about security. Parking is in a gated deck beside the apartment. The security guard on duty is incredibly helpful - don't hesitate to call them for help finding the parking (if needed) or a general overview of the building. The gym in the building is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights. Saved me a drive to Planet Fitness. Savannah was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated well. Bonus: The shower heads are great for people 3'-8' tall!

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying here. So relaxing, comfortable, clean, stocked with supplies and treats. Everything, including a comfortable bed, that we needed for a good stay. The patio was our favorite spot to listen to the distance trains and fun birds. (so close to get on freeways too)

overall, I'm very happy with the stay! I was told the shower head got broke during the last person's stay and I was warned that it may or may not be fixed before my arrival, which was fine, I was looking forwards to a bath anyways. To my surprise upon arrival it Was Fixed! so that was awesome! Props to his maintenance team! The bed was SO comfy! Great location, top tier parking, 1st floor living, while I could see my truck outside my window was reassuring and great for lugging my luggage in. Thank you Adam!

Stayed here a few times and it's one of the best in Liberty area! Perfect for walking and easy access to downtown, great place for pets too, there's a grassy area to let them out and a back porch area. Super stocked with EVERYTHING you could need, and a free bottle of wine! Always clean and we love the spa showers and robes. Super sweet hosts and very accommodating. We will be back soon! This place was perfect for the time I was in and what I needed! You tell they put quality into this place. It was a little cold put i am used it. I loved my time there!

The house was spacious; rooms were clean; beds were comfortable; quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again!!

Scott house was amazing we loved it and it was as he described in Airbnb, he was soo nice and last night I asked if he had a hairdryer which he did not and within minutes we got a hairdryer to use .. he was very easy to communicate with and I will definitely rent this place again when we have soccer in overland as it was close to garmin soccer and scheel soccer.. thank you Scott

Peggy was an amazing host! Her place was immaculate and her thoughtfulness was beyond! The home is beautiful and is fully prepared for anyone’s visit, her responses always prompt, and the stay for my family was great! I am so thankful that we chose her place for all of my family visiting to stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Laura’s place was very clean. Nicely updated. Met all our needs. kids love the Pac-Man.. plenty of beds and bedrooms wish we could’ve spent more time on the deck. Thinking about renting it for next year already

If you need a place to stay in this area, this is your place!! I was impressed with how safe the neighborhood was and the amenities he provided were above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before- to include mouthwash, lotion, eye makeup remover, and cotton to help with the makeup removal. Laundry products with washer and dryer available in the unit- coffee pods and bottled water. Because we will be in KC again this fall, this will be the first place I look for to meet our home away from home needs.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. I was on a work trip so I wasn't at the home much but the time I was there felt right at home. The theater is great ans works well, could use an extra set of speakers but really not a big deal. the hot tub was well kept and nice and the string lights made it very peaceful. The bed was comfortable and clean. The heated bathroom floor was awesome and the rest of the bathroom was clean. All in all a nice place and nice hosts. I liked not having a list of things to do at check out. Thank you.

My husband and I decided to find a cozy little spot for our anniversary getaway and the Little House was perfect. Clean, peaceful, and not too far from popular spots in KC. The bed was comfortable and the claw foot tub was super cute.

The location is wonderful. You can see the Nelson Atkins museum grounds from the East-facing windows. Loved the TV in the bedroom too.

I can't rave enough about these hosts. I had a lot of questions and they were prompt to respond. I also worked with them to have birthday decorations hanging for my daughter as a surprise when we arrived. From the weeks before to the trip, everything about my interactions with them was 5-star. The one piece of feedback I have for anyone considering this as a stay is that if you have any mobility issues, it might not be the right place for you because of the inconsistency of the elevator working. It worked when we got there, then broke, was fixed and broke again within a few hours. The stairwell is winding and narrow and I know it's out of the control of the hosts, but it's something to keep in mind. That being said, even though it was out of their control they did issue me a small refund for the inconvenience.

Second time staying here was just as lovely as the first.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

Ratings and reviews were all correct. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were able to speak with our host if anything was needed. I strongly recommend this place if you're ever in town and need a relaxing stay. We look forward to staying at this oasis if ever in town again.

A tremendous host and a fantastic rental. Kansas City is an underrated American city and this location puts you right in the heart of it all!

This was a great little condo for our work/visit. Comfortable bed. We slept well from the first night. The location is very walkable. Coffee and sandwiches just blocks away!
