We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

House was as described-plenty of space to live, eat and sleep. Our grandkids really enjoyed the indoor playhouse and the outside hot tub. And the swings on the island! The decor is very attractive and beds and bathrooms comfortable. We had a maintenance problem and the owners were super responsive. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is about 25-30 minutes away from most attractions but the drive was easy and the roomy quiet setting was worth the drive each day. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food close to the house. I would definitely recommend this home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable experience Our stay at Demetria’s home was simply wonderful. From the very first moment, we felt right at home. The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Every corner reflects care and attention to detail. What our kids enjoyed the most was the bunk bed with the slide it was the highlight of the trip for them! They’re still talking about “the house with the slide.” Demetria was an exceptional host kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We leave with beautiful memories and deep gratitude. Without a doubt, we would stay here again a hundred times over! Highly recommended.

The 4 grandkids wanted to stay 3 months! The pool and room to accommodate our kids and their families was the reason we booked for a week! There is so much room, we didn’t feel on top of each other and there were so many things to do with games and if wanting to watch different tv shows on different levels. Close to wonderful parks for kiddos and close to stores. I’m so glad we were able to book this. Zachary was a super great host!!! He is very responsive! If we were to come out this way again as a large group, I would definitely book again!.

you can tell more about people when something goes a little wrong than when everything is perfect. There was a small mechanical issue with the pool and they sent the nicest person out to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure all our kiddos could continue to use the pool. even though it would have been much cheaper for them to close the pool. This speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. we would totally stay there again if we ever were in the KC area.
