Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Our upscale unit is a 3rd floor 'penthouse' in the "A" building on the south side of North Coast Village. It has a fantastic view of the surf, sand and the Oceanside Pier from your large dedicated rooftop balcony! Welcome to Tower 6 ¾, our cozy, romantic, modern and newly remodeled 1-bedroom condo with whitewater views. We are just above Tower 7 at the south end of the Oceanside strand. Our space is bright and beautiful with accommodations for 4 people. Enjoy panoramic ocean views inside and out! Walk to the beach (sand is 10 min walk), fabulous restaurants, bars, and breweries in minutes or just sit on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking views.
