Great location with the grocery store, post office, luxury movie theater, and several eateries across the street. If it's golfing you're looking for, several award-winning courses surrounding and your own putting green right in your backyard! Not to mention all the trails, parks, and attractions San Diego has to offer. A car is recommended, but not required in Carlsbad. There is plenty of public transportation to get around (bus, train, or Uber). If you do have a vehicle, we have plenty of parking! Enough driveway space for 4 vehicles. One of the last remaining undeveloped parts of Southern California, De Luz Heights is located adjacent to the Cleveland National Forest, and the Santa Margarita River (just a few miles from the campsite). On my 80 acres, there are no public roads going through or next to the property.  My land is 13 miles from the Pacific ocean and enjoys a relatively mild yearly climate, and features giant boulders and native wildlife.
