Beach house vacation rentals in Oceanside

My girlfriend and I were looking for a place to stay in the area, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The location was great too—plenty to do and explore nearby. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Rick was an outstanding host. He frequently checked in with us and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The condo is in a great location with a beautiful ocean view and plenty to do nearby. It was comfortable, well-appointed and had virtually everything that you would need to enjoy the ocean including a SUP, surfboard, bodyboard and beach chairs. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the occasional dolphin swim by.

We loved this home. We had a very nice girls trip here, the homes heated hot tub and pool were wonderful to relax in after a day exploring. I would stay here again over and over. Thank you again for such a nice place to stay.

Teresa was so communicative and easy to reach. This was a vacation with my 2 grandchildren, we all enjoyed the layout of the condo, the pickle ball courts, the proximity to many nearby beaches. As a recently relocated native of north coast San Diego, it was fun to revisit favorite restaurants, the Zoo and Sea World. I would most definitely recommend this stay and would look forward to renting it again for future visits!!!

We really enjoyed are time at the beach house. It was a great location and very close to every where we wanted to go. It is absolutely a beautiful place to stay with family.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

we stay at AIR BNBs a lot, all across the country and this was by far the cleanest home we have stayed at. the view from every room is just amazing. only downside to this amazing house is how close it is to the road, seems like everyone in carlsbad loves their loud exhaust. the road noise is quite a bit all day long. obviously not the fault of the owners, just pointing it out. the beach across the street is all rock, but so worth visiting. we went to the tide pools every day for 7 days. the state beach is right around the corner. looking forward to coming back

Spent 2 nights here and it was great! It was so close to the beach it was probably a <1 minute walk. It is close to the train station as well as the lively part of town. Lots of food and bars near by. Place was clean and we brought our 2 dogs and it was nice it had a front patio to hang out at. Everything was smooth checking in and out and the hosts were super kind and responsive. I would probably suggest updating some thing about the place, but other than that it was a peaceful stay. ✌️

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly family-friendly — perfect if you're traveling with kids. The pool was a huge hit, and the location couldn't have been better: close to great parks, the Oceanside Pier, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus, there’s a really good gym just 3 minutes away, which was a great bonus for keeping up with my fitness routine. Overall, my experience was truly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach rental house! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described, if not better. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for an stress-free vacation. The location was ideal—just a short 15 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy, and the outdoor grill came in handy for a couple of great dinners. There was plenty of seating both inside and out, and the beds were super comfortable (big plus!). The backyard is large and a great place for our kids to run around and burn energy. The backyard patio furniture was perfect for an afternoon nap. The host was very responsive and friendly, providing great local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going well. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this rental for couples, families or anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape!

Fantasic location, beautifully furnished home, plenty of space, amazing kitchen, comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms. Jamie was always responsive, helpful & such a good host. So worth the money.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our baby and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. Parking was a breeze with plenty of spots available right outside the entrance. The location is excellent - just a short drive to the beach and close to great restaurants. Rowena was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful, even late at night. We accidentally left behind an AirPod, and she kindly mailed it back to us at no cost - such thoughtful service! Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Diego.

This was the perfect getaway for me and my family. I was my last trip with my son before her leaves to the Navy and also his Birthday trip. he had so much fun and it was so nice to see him be a kid again. this place was close to everything a teenager would want with a beautiful view of the ocean that was only steps away from us. we will be back.

Great spot for a large family! Everyone had their own bathroom, and two rooms being upstairs meant the adults could hang out late while the kids slept! We rented a Suburban and were concerned about parking in the garage, but figured out the way to do it was to back in and take both parking spots!! We were pleasantly surprised yo find beach chairs, toys and a surplus of beach towels. The jacuzzi was clean and the rooftop was great for fireworks.

We loved our stay, and couldn't have picked a better house for our reunion weekend. With a well-stocked kitchen and great living spaces throughout the house, our group of 5 was very comfortable. The beach chairs and bikes in the garage were a treat, and made accessing the local amenities easy. We also loved all the windows, which were great for letting in the sea breeze. We would definitely stay again!
