The view here is just amazing. We loved the hot tub and taking in the view and sunshine in the afternoon. Great location away from all the business of downtown, but close enough to enjoy. Tabita was a great communicator.

This place was fantastic and beyond what I was expecting. My family and I loved it. There was lots to do and enjoy for all ages. The host was incredibly kind and generous. I already want to plan another stay and get the most of all that is offered at this resort.

Sonia & Hugh are gems. I appreciated how accomodating they were to my requests and needs in particular to extending an extra day and Sonia and I even went to take a Zumba class together. The property is beautiful, well managed, clean and has all of the amenities needed. As a busy profrssional, it was a perfect reprieve to rest and gather myself. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Sally was super communicative and was so hospitable! The house is gorgeous, beds were SO comfortable, views were amazing, and the neighborhood was perfect for an evening walk. We will definitely be back!

Deja was a great host! She generously allowed us to stay at her condo at The Walk Resort, which offered fantastic amenities, everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. If we decide to revisit the area, I would absolutely stay at Deja’s place again.

Rafaella was great to work with, she communicated amazing at all times. She also accommodated us to check in early. The house is in a really nice neighborhood and very convenient, most places were about 15 to 30 min distance. The house also contains a lot of entertainment, which we hardly used since we were our and about; myself and my family loved it and we would definitely book here again! We felt welcomed and cozy here💚

Don't miss out on this awesome spot- plenty of outdoor spaces for families or larger groups. Excellent and well-stocked kitchen. We loved the separate sleeping area.

Overall, fanatic property and location! The condo was super clean and the views were amazing! The proximity to the boardwalk was a little tough to get used to at first lol only because people can see in. Though this unit in particular is situated far back enough that it was nothing major! Would definitely stay again!

The location was excellent and allowed us to walk to several shops and restaurants. The manager, Ellie was always available and friendly while responsive with anything We needed or requested. We are grateful for the very talented and supportive Cleaning team. Looking forward to returning to this property again soon 👍💯 Patty and David

This is my 3rd time here 3 years in a row. My family and I love the place. I highly recommend.

Great older house in a nice residential area, walking distance to the beach and downtown Oceanside. We needed the space and washer/dryer because we were visiting for our kids' soccer tournament (unfortunately we discovered the water heater wasn't working, which was a bummer, but we worked with the host to try to get it up and running, and survived the cold showers : 0 ). Would definitely consider renting again.

We stayed at Ocean Villas penthouse A for six weeks. Everything was perfectly organized from check in to. Heck out. Having Ellie on site was very helpful is we had questions or in our case needed a broken coffee maker replacement - next day service! The property is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. It was comfortable for two of us quietand very private . The only small complaint was the city did their power washing of the beach access stairs ( right below the bedroom) every morning between 7-8 am so that was our wake up alarm! Access to the board walk and village is excellent. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Also loved that the property is pet friendly. We will definitely return . Love Carlsbad !

My second time staying at Ocean Villa. I enjoyed it even more this time.

The “Tuscan Villa” was aptly named as it truly had a very Mediterranean vibe. The place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended family for our Thanksgiving Day dinner. Everyone had a great time catching up with all the comings and goings on of different family members. Needless to say, a good time was had by all! Heidi answered any questions I had tout de suite and dealt with a minor problem in a timely manner.

This villa was amazing. Basically a one bedroom suite with an attached standard hotel room. Four Seasons 5 star service all the way. All amenities were available including room service and daily maid service if wanted. Will stay next time we’re down visiting family in the area. Thanks Rita!

Lan was an incredible host! She was very responsive from making the decision to book till our checkout date. We needed a few extra things (toilet paper and garbage bags) for our stay and she was able to the house same day. The location has many food options in a 10 min drive radius! If there was one recommendation I could give, to make the space better, was to have more table seating in the dining/kitchen area. There was also a foosball table that wasn’t in the photos that was position in the kitchen area. We would have loved to use the poker table seating area but due to the house rule of no eating in the carpet spaces, we refrained from doing so. My family had a great stay and would recommend this to families going to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Legoland which is a 20 min drive from the location!

Dejourne was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. The space was perfect for our family, with a fantastic play area full of toys and activities for the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and spacious, ideal for hosting a large group. The front yard was expansive and offered a stunning view from the top of the hill, giving a sense of seclusion and escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Amazing place, exceeded expectations and ended up staying for an extra 2 weeks :)

I can’t get over how beautiful and spacious this home was. We booked this for our wedding weekend for our bridal party and it was one of the best decisions we made to make our wedding weekend incredible. Every room was enormous, the beds were SO comfortable and the bathrooms were pristine. The only thing I will say is if you are a calling an uber, make sure to give the exact instructions Skip provides to find the location. If arriving at night, make sure to read every instruction but Skip was great in providing so many details to help us find the place. Overall highly recommend booking if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with friends and family.

Beautiful property! All the beds and bedding were so comfortable. My dog was in heaven, he thought he was a king. Citrus trees galore we made juice every day. Everything you need in the kitchen, and a great kitchen for someone who likes to cook or entertain. Tons of out door space for relaxing! We loved it for three weeks ❤️
