Apartment vacation rentals in Oaxaca

We loved our stay at Mauricio's place. He was kind enough to allow us a bit of an early check in to escape the heat. The apt was a great and comfortable stay for our few days in Oaxaca.

Overall this loft was a great place to stay at during our time in Oaxaca, it is pretty close to the centro which was very convenient for us and the place was very comfortable. The area around the loft however can get quite noisy at times throughout the night since there are always cars passing by.

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

Beautiful property in a perfect location in the centro district. Very close to everything and the property was just what we needed. Highly recommend.

Great Airbnb exactly as described. Hosts were very responsive with any issues at all and were proactive about asking for any concerns at all. Air conditioning in the bedroom was so nice as it was quite hot outside when we were visiting. Wi-Fi worked great. They also provided drinking water.

Arquímedes fue un excelente anfitrión, nos explico todo lo que se podía hacer alrededor y estaba al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El Airbnb está a 15 minutos del centro (caminando), da la ventaja de poder ir al centro fácilmente sin tener el ruido del mismo. El Airbnb tiene todo lo que necesitas por tu estancia y en la terraza puedes pasar un momento relajado. Les recomiendo sin duda

El Airbnb son tres departamentos, nos toco hasta arriba, muy limpio, con todo lo necesario, fueron muy amables de ponernos un colchón inflable por que éramos 3, nos dieron algunas recomendaciones para visitar, solo mencionaría que es un poco complicado acceder en las escaleras de espiral y en las que suben a la cama para alguna persona que tenga dificultad de movilidad o vértigo. Fuera de eso, todo excelente, la vista increíble desde nuestra ubicación, podíamos ver el mar, las playas muy creca,

Lupita was a lovely host with great communication. The apartment was true to the description and photos. Nice location near a park and slightly away from the hustle of centro but still easily walkable. There's also a nice co-working space literally next door if you're working and want a change of location.

This gorgeous apartment was my favorite part of Oaxaca—which is saying something! Incredible design, so much natural light, a huge closet, superfast wifi, extra security and thoughtful touches and amenities. Is one side of the place loud during the day? Yes. But it's only during the day (when most are our exploring) and city sounds beats the noise of tourists. The other side is a beautiful balcony that opens up to a tree and a dead end, so zero noise. But the real standout is the kindness of the entire family, who welcome you with snacks and mezcal (and more mezcal!), checking up on you and always making sure you're alright. This is a real neighborhood, with the real Oaxaca surrounding you. A 20 min walk into the center or a quick taxi. Places like this are why we chose Airbnb over a sterile hotel, and this place will be the only one I ever stay in when in Oaxaca. 15 stars if I could!

I’ll start by saying that Maria is a fantastic host in every way. This Airbnb was exactly what we were looking for. Maria’s place is located within short walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, the downtown city area, historic sites and markets. One thing that stood out was how peaceful and sound proof the residence was because how it is built and set back. The benefits of being close to everything while also not having any of the noise concerns of doing so. It’s a very safe and comfortable accommodation. We also noticed how well insulated it was from the heat during hot days. It really is a gem and good find. I would definitely stay at this location again during another trip to Oaxoca.

Amazing place to stay! Host was super responsive and helpful with any inquiries wether it was concerning my stay at the location or questions regarding the surrounding area. I felt at home and most importantly my belongings felt secure which is a big plus. Beautiful view from the roof, clean place, and very cozy! Will definitely return in the event of another visit! Thank you for being helpful and helping me feel prioritized in the event of any help in any way!

Al estar en el interior no se escucha el ruido de la calle, un lugar muy bonito lo recomiendo mucho queda cerca del centro caminando a unas cuadras

This location was perfect! Quiet & literally on the beach. Easy beach access, restaurants, amazing micheladas a few feet near by! Transportation from the airport helped tremendously.(it’s extra) Around the location, easy to get a taxi to el centro. Jesus was beyond kind, responsive, & friendly! This place is 100% recommended.

Thank you so much for another amazing stay (this was our second time here). Absolutely beautiful property and the perfect size for a group of 6 - so many different spaces to hang out, work, or have downtime for ourselves. Communication, check-in process, and general information/guidance were excellent.

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

La estancia en la casa fue muy buena, las instalaciones son bonitas, hay de todo para que la estancia sea muy cómoda, el único pero que le pongo son las calles al rededor son muy feas, no están pavimentadas y es difícil caminar entre ellas

Raquel's place was perfect for us! Quite spacious and comfortable. It had many amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, toys... The pool was super nice and the location very convenient. Thank you for everything!

El lugar y la atención fue bastante acogedor, realmente recomendado como alojamiento si lo que quieres es algo tranquilo y lindo, clara fue súper atenta y flexible en nuestra estancia.

Un lugar muy recomendable, nos encantó todo, el jacuzzi está increíble, todo muy ordenado, limpio y bonito. Sin duda regresaríamos.
