Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Culture, food, shops within walking distance. Nothing like staying in a centric place and be able to stay out late in a very safe zone! 60Mbps internet A dog and a cat live in the property. King size bed in the 2nd floor (super comfortable) plus a sofa-bed in the 1st floor (quite confortable). Shared spacious garden and terrace. Exquisite vernacular decoration. It is located in one of the safest areas of the city of Oaxaca, just a 3-minute drive from the Jalatlaco neighborhood (7-minute walk), a 5-minute drive from the historic center (12-minute walk) and a 5-minute drive from Xochimilco (10-minute walk). The house is remodeled, very spacious and has a beautiful garden and decoration inspired by the magueyes.
