We spent 10 wonderful days in La Punta. The house is equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed cooking ourselves and visiting the nearby restaurants. The house has a great location, it takes about 10 minutes to the beach and to the many restaurants. The view from the many terraces is beautiful. We celebrated Christmas and New Year's Eve there and really enjoyed our stay. Obed, the home manager and his wife were also exceptionally helpful and always available.

Casa Marina (Nothing like living on the beach)

LauraRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This place has it all, 🤩 simply WOW! It's a short walk to the beach, close to everything and in the best area of Zicatela! Marco is super pet friendly, he welcomed us with our 3 dogs and was always very friendly with both them and us. Lupita, the person in charge of maintenance and cleaning, was always super attentive and friendly! The truth is that 1000/10! I would go back many more times!

Anna was a great host. The condo has everything you need for extended stays. There are two beautiful bathrooms with very nice showers, and two separate bedrooms. Also a laundry room, and a well made kitchen. The master bedroom, living room and kitchen all have beautiful ocean and sunrise views facing the bay. The pool and garden are both beautiful and are very nice to relax by. There is a store 3 minutes walking distance away, and playa manzanillo is 10 minutes walking distance away. You won't be disappointed with this place.

Casa Utopia (Divina + Horizonte Houses)

ChristinaRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Our group of six very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Utopia. Our kids liked the grounds and the pool and we loved the view and peacefulness. We enjoyed the host's recommendations, like ordering tacos for delivery and (best of all) contracting the private driver Rangel for the week. Humberto helped us when we needed anything, especially with refilling the drinking water. We went out every day for Oaxaca culture adventures and returned the tranquility of Utopia. The outdoor shower was a favorite feature of mine. We would easily book again.

Beautiful place, the photos don't do it justice and the service was excellent, the only thing I suggest is that they fix the small flaws in the condo The flaws were small, nothing significant compared to the place and the hotel service. We 💕 could have avoided going out, there is everything inside and the beach is the most beautiful and private of the ones we visited. We even took souvenirs from the hotel because there were unique handicrafts

Casa Tiny near Casa Wabi

I had seen Claudio’s place featured in design magazines, and when I learned it was available on Airbnb, I jumped at the chance to book it. Its design is just beautiful - from the way it is situated on the land (the line tall tree out the window, the winding path to the house), to its simple but beautiful lines (this is a construction where less is more), to its short distance to one of the most beautiful and dramatic beaches I have ever seen. Note that this place is remote - be sure to prepare in advance of your stay, whether it’s downloading and reviewing the house guide, packing plenty of insect repellant, or stopping at the market in advance of your journey. Once you are there you won’t want to leave.

Great place to stay right across from the beach; has own kitchen if you want to cook or lots of local restaurants right next door (las palmitas) or directly across the road (Un SueĂąo) and lots of others nearby. The road in front is quiet and it was very peaceful on the balcony. Ernest very responsive, including dropping off things like beach towels.

We were looking for a place that was quiet but close to the beach and restaurants. It was perfect. Two min walk to the beach. The place was bigger than the pictures made it look. The pool was great and one of the staff there brought us some delicious mangos one day. We would stay again.

My friends and I stayed here for about 5 days and it was great! Very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The pool and AC were great additions to this hidden oasis. If you plan on swimming in the ocean do your research first because many of the beaches have big tides, so you’ll probably have to take a quick taxi ride to one that is more calm. Wasn’t inconvenient for us since we wanted to see a new beach everyday. Overall, great stay!

Lovely private apartment - With Parking Included!

HĂŠctorRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Location is great, very secure, 10 mins walking to the center, Oaxaca is full of restaurants and coffee places at every corner. Being 2 streets closer to the city would’ve been great because last few streets are steep uphill. This side of Oaxaca is beautifully full of life and lots to see, it feels secure enough to walk at midnight. The place is private for you to move on car and visit nearby places or to bring your pet without much worry. Olga is super host always responsive and proactive to solve any needs, we had some inconveniences and she always put us first and was proactive on resolution. So location, privacy and pet-friendliness as well as Olga are the 5 star part of the place. The place itself is old, not very spacious or cozy, and with some areas of opportunity of improvement specially on bathroom. It is hot, thankfully Olga provides some fans to help on it. Bedding is great (rare for an Airbnb) with good quality mattress, pillow, sheets as well as towels and kitchenware!

Luxury OCEAN VIEW APT 4 (Fast Fiber-Optic Wifi)

RebeccaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This is a small building with 6 / 7 units, located on the edge of the action, so it's fairly quiet. Good security, and very clean, with a beautiful, well tended garden around the pool. The balcony is wide and long, making it a nice place to spend time early in the morning and evening when it is cool. I loved the high quality hammock, set up just right. Lucano was helpful to arrange a taxi for me when I needed to fly out of Huatulco, 1.5 hours from Puerto. Filtered water was provided- different from our stay in Oaxaca City, and the shower had hot water. We loved it, thanks !

We had a great stay at this beautiful villa and would love to go back. The pools were cleaned daily, the yard and garden were always being maintained. The staff to clean the rooms came every 3rd day. Having the staff there took a bit of getting used to but they were friendly. The hosts were very responsive and helped us in every way we needed. The view of the beach and all the separate rooms were exactly what we were looking for. Hope to come back!

CasaMar Casitas by the Sea, Puerto Escondido

IliRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Simply unforgettable! We spent our babymoon in this little house and it was, without exaggeration, one of the most beautiful and unique experiences we've ever had. We felt like castaways on a desert island: the beach is super private and the design of the house is integrated into the environment, making us feel part of nature without giving up comfort. Although the concept is totally open, you can hear the waves day and night, the house is super cool and comfortable. There's shade in the pool almost all day, the breeze circulates wonderfully, and we didn't have a single problem with insects (I still don't understand how they do it!). I was worried that it didn't have air conditioning, but the fans and natural ventilation were more than enough. The house is far from Puerto Escondido, which contributes to that feeling of "beach for ourselves", but a few minutes away there are good hotels and restaurants if you don't want to drive to the village. 100% recommended! We are looking forward to returning.
