Designed to be a writer's retreat, plenty of natural light, airy, fast internet, close to hiking/biking trails, 25 mins walk to downtown, 10 mins walk to Xochimilco. A few steep hills involved, hence the views..! Access to private deck and rooftop. Perfect for nature lovers and artists but if you want a downtown location, this isn’t the place.

The bungalow is located inside a private property. In a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The Xochimilco neighborhood is very traditional where several artisan families, restaurants, shops and local businesses are located. You can walk to the center in 10 minutes. We are behind the church so on June 2-3 and October 7 there are church celebrations. You'll find a fair on the street or hear fireworks at night during the celebrations.

To access the bungalow , pool and garden it is necessary to walk up the stairs.

It's located only five walking minutes away from the calm and majestic Mermejita beach and 15 minutes away from Mazunte's downtown, with its laid-back atmosphere and tasty restaurants.

Nice comfortable little two story house surrounded by a private garden behind the main house. The house is located on the pacific, 30 meters above Carrizalillo beach where it is good to swim and relax, and also near Rinconada, small commercial street with restaurants and cafes. Everything is in a walking distance from our home.
