I really liked the accommodation, a very nice place to rest and enjoy, everything was very clean and the best part was that there was no insects. The hotel facilities super well and you could enjoy everything , my family and I enjoyed it to the fullest. Mariana and Alejandro attentive and always responded quickly to our messages just 10 out of 10

Excellent location, very close to Bahía Sta. Cruz and the condominium has very good facilities and amenities within it, the pool is spacious and is of a very good height but you know how to swim (1.50 meters), to be exact. You have to be cautious only with the garbage, since there are no containers. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was spotless, just like in the photos. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to any questions, and made us feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi worked great. We would definitely stay here again. It was a 10/10 experience. Thank you for everything!

The accommodation was nice, and it's inside the Camino Real hotel and you can use the facilities, both the pool and its beach, which is very quiet and close to restaurants and bars, as well as convenience stores and pharmacies. It takes a while to respond but it does resolve any doubts. My family and I really enjoyed the stay.

We felt very comfortable, right at home! The beaches are very close, the area is very quiet, I took my grandmother in a wheelchair and it was very easy to access the apartment, everything was very nice and elegant. I would definitely come back.

I had a great four weeks at Roci’s place. The space is beautiful and comfortable. Roci herself is a very hands-on host and was very helpful in my acclimation to Oaxaca. The internet in the apartment is strong and I was able to work without any glitches. The rooftop terrace is great, especially in the mornings and evenings. I also enjoyed getting to knowRoci and the other guests. I definitely recommend the place.

We love this place, clean, ample, beautiful, tidy and very exclusive. We really enjoyed the pool. It has parking. It is a complex of apartments very well distributed and elegant. The washing machine is something my wife really appreciated. We highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again.

I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at an Airbnb this well stocked! The kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces had everything you need and more. We felt right at home here. The views are incredible, the beach is quiet, and the resort is very convenient. One thing to note: there are a lot of stairs to climb from the pool area back up to the condo, with no elevator. The result is amazing views, but someone with mobility issues may struggle. Aviel is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent visit! It's a spectacular place with a very beautiful view! The whole family went and my children enjoyed the pools and all the flora and fauna around them day and night. Easy access to El Arrocito beach and the food at the beach restaurant is very good. Very good communication for check-in and everything in general. The guards inside the Residential are very friendly. We hope to be back soon! How beautiful Oaxaca is

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

Wade’s place was beautiful! Two big bedrooms with two full baths. It’s perfect for two couples or even a family. There are lots of towels, sheets, and a fairly stocked kitchen. And then there’s the view… totally spectacular! We even saw a whale or two. Also, the condo staff is so friendly and helpful! Thank you to Louis and Javier! We will miss your beautiful smiles! We had a fabulous two-week stay. We will also miss sitting on the balcony to watch the sun go down and listening to the sound of the waves to put us to sleep. Totally peaceful! Had a wonderful time at Ibai's home. Having a private yard and pool for this price was an unbeatable steal. A quite little oasis two streets from the beach and one street away from a charming and lively strip of restaurants, bars and entertainment (all while being perfectly tucked away in a quiet little nook). So quiet and relaxing, yet right in the thick of all La Punta has to offer. Friendly, accommodating host and a sweetheart of a house keeper. Everything was perfection. I will be back!

A gem near Oaxaca center! The beautiful house of Cesar is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful design and brand new towels and bedlinnen. We really felt at home. There were lots of toys for our 3 kids. The place is a short drive to the center and all other nice places to visit. The pool was beautiful also! The communication with Cesar was great. He is so nice and helps with everything! Gave lots of nice advice and tips!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making us feel truly at home in their beautiful house. The host even added an extra bed to accommodate us, which I found extremely nice! The location was very central and walkable, with Santo Domingo just a quick five-minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, our only concern was the limited water supply in the house, which left us unable to shower or use the bathroom on our last day.

Excellent service, the house is very nice, the pool always has hot water. I would definitely stay there again. Just as a recommendation, it would be better to arrive at the house at the check-in time for more privacy.
