I liked the accommodation, the communication was very good, the host was super friendly and we didn't have any bad topics, everything was super :)

This beautiful thoughtful estancia is in a perfect location in Oaxaca - close to all the sights but quiet enough away from central. The host prepared a traditional breakfast every morning and was available to help coordinate all the sights we wanted to see. We had our two small Chihuahuas with us and they were warmly welcomed. We will return again!

Everything about this place is lovely, especially the staff! They're so kind, generous, and will do whatever they can to help you during your stay. The place is STUNNING especially the yard, and the breakfast included every day is freshly cooked, which was an incredible part of my stay (the folks who cook are incredible and so nice!). I would stay here again in a heartbeat

We chose to stay at Villa Maria based on the outstanding reviews they received from others who had stayed there - we were not disappointed. Paul and Luisa are very kind, attentive to detail and accommodating to our questions and needs regardless of what business they are engaged in during the day. Their attitudes are always helpful which meant so much to us. Their place is beautifully designed and evokes a calm peaceful atmosphere; it's delightfully refreshing.

this was the perfect answer to my bucket list desire of staying in a Palapa on the beach with my third floor bungalow. all the units truly reflect the charm and relaxed atmosphere and unique Style. I commend Kate on a beautiful place and her competent assistance. certainly hope to come back again and again

Loved my time there! So relaxing and pleasant staff and colorful accomodations! I also loved the shower and the bathtub with great water pressure.

10/10 - Sad to leave, I wish my stay was longer! My visit to Huatulco would not be the same if I had stayed anywhere else. From the moment I booked my stay all the way until my taxi picked me up for my return home, Agustín and every member of his family was welcoming, caring, and thoughtful. The home was immaculately clean and absolutely gorgeous. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with the backyard right up against Huatulco’s famous protected national park - this biodiverse ecosystem creates an incredible living yard complete with beautiful flora and fauna that come and go with the various seasons. Bei prepared a wonderful fresh breakfast each morning, and I was happy to share that time with family members as well as the house pets (a well-behaved sweet older pup named Juanita and a few outdoor kitties that predominantly do their own thing outside of the house). The nearest beach and restaurants are a short 20min walk that felt safe and easy to navigate. I miss it already! ✨🤗🐠🌴☀

I am very happy with my one night stay wish I could’ve stayed longer, but the staff was so friendly and responsive. The place was so beautiful and peaceful. It was a magical experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Heven. Victor and all the staff are friendly, attentive and so helpful. Reading the story of how Heven was created is so touching and really special making our stay that much more beautiful. I felt at home, I didn’t want to leave. There is great energy here. You can feel the pride Victor has in this home. Breakfast was wonderful each day. The rooms were stunning and each one offered something different and unique. It’s close to town and restaurants and the view is spectacular from this property.

Everyone was very kind and accommodating. It is a beautiful space with nice art and good food. The town is a bit sleepy but very beautiful. It is also located on a hill so bring good shoes for walking or use the taxis, moto taxis, and colectivos to get around. There is a stop right next to the Casa Maria.

Ana María is an excellent host who is very knowledgeable about the entire area and with a positive, friendly and painted attitude. They always have valuable tips, tips, and recommendations. Their breakfasts are very good and abundant. It has a very good location and is just a short walk from downtown. It also has parking.

After a week in Oaxaca I was grateful to find this place for my last night in this busy city. Very cozy, clean spacious room and the rooftop patio is enjoyable. Breakfast is healthy and simple in a charming courtyard. I really like this quieter part of the city that’s easy walking to restaurants and coffee etc

Amy was an amazing host and went above and beyond! We were in Huatulco for a wedding and she made sure breakfast was ready before we left for our events and scheduled taxi’s for us. We never felt as if we were in her way or she was in our way. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Agua Azul sits on a hill with a great view of the ocean. We didn’t explore much close to the area due to the wedding festivities, but we did go next door to a hotel for an amazing lunch that was cheap too. Taxi’s are there within 5-10 mins and are 100 pesos (equals $5 USD). The area is safe, private, clean, and quiet. We’d definitely rebook this place again! excellent place to rest

It is a very quiet and beautiful place., a little complicated the entrance but the room is very spacious and has air conditioning, it has a balcony and a kitchen area. Stacy was always attentive to everything

Very good place to stay if you go as a couple, it has everything you need for a good rest and bath, even if it is shared there is no inconvenience, Mrs. Lupita's attention is excellent, very attentive. If you ask, you can make breakfast at an extra cost, it gives you good recommendations and has very good talk. He took the attention to making us a tea after we abuse the tastings of the rich Oaxaqueña gastronomy haha!

I always wanted to spend a few days in a little cabin near the sea, and this was the perfect opportunity, Mr. Roberto was very kind, we really liked his hospitality, the room was very nice and clean, despite the strong heat of the season, with the fans it was enough, there are many mosquitoes, just go prepared with repellent, we would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed at this accommodation in Oaxaca for four nights and absolutely loved it. We arrived a few hours before check-in and were pleasantly surprised to be able to go straight to our room. The space was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything in great condition. We especially enjoyed the breakfast offered each morning—it was a wonderful way to sample local dishes. Overall, this was one of my favourite Airbnb stays, relaxing, home-like atmosphere and a beautiful pool that made the hot days much more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Oaxaca!

I had the best time at Hotel las Granadas. Josefina is such a sweet person, who responded to all my questions very fast and was very welcoming and caring throughout my stay. I was originally going to stay only for 3 nights but after experiencing the tranquility of the space I extended my stay 3 more nights. I loved staying at the terrace room because I had a desk I could work on and the terrace in front of the room was so nice and felt private. Josefina was also welcoming me to use the kitchen if I wanted to prepare something to cook which was really handy as well. The room I stayed at was very clean and they did general cleaning tidying every second day. Overall I enjoyed my stay so much and would recommend anyone who’s looking for a peaceful stay in Teotitlan.

Maricas’ hotel casa Biulú looks over a cliff side to the main beach. It’s tucked away from the other hotels. But with an amazing view. The pool was the best part of the hotel. Very clean and has a great view of the ocean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
