Vacation rentals with a patio in Nuevo Vallarta

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The apartment has everything you need to have a great time. The beach is excellent, there are lounge chairs and palapas to enjoy a good day. And of course Alexndra is an excellent host. Always attentive to my questions. The apartment has a parking space and we arrived in two cars, so the staff were wonderful and helped us with an extra space. In general, all the staff are very attentive and helpful. I would definitely come back.

A fantastic place, it is very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the front desk 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

We felt right at home, nice apartment, with everything you need to rest and enjoy, the pool in front of the apartment was our place to relax after a day at the beach, we had an incredible family vacation, we will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Ulises' apartment! It was spotless, just like the photos, with a beautiful view and excellent facilities. The internet was fast, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook. The bed was massive and super comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool. All the pools were clean, and the smaller one was wonderfully warm. Ulises was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. We already can’t wait to come back!

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as pictured and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The rooftop amenities were a huge plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Great location too— walking distance to the mall, Walmart, Sam’s and an Oxxo. Louis was very communicative throughout the check-in process and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Israel is an excellent host, always attentive to support and respond immediately. The condominium where the house is located is very nice, clean, has 24 hour security, the pool is amazing. The house is very spacious, comfortable, everything is very clean, it has 3 spacious and comfortable rooms with air conditioning and 2 full bathrooms, what gives the plus to any place is that it has a bedroom on the ground floor for the comfort of people who cannot climb stairs. The living room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with air conditioning that works and allows you to spend pleasant moments with the family. Very clear rules and directions, which makes the stay easier. It has grocery stores, self-service stores, shopping malls and above all beautiful beaches very close to the place. The accommodation is a great cost-benefit offer. I loved the place, ideal for families and highly recommended, I would definitely return again.

Our stay at Casa Los Señadores was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly welcoming, always responsive, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself is truly a hidden gem. While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

Awesome place house had everything we needed and the area was super quiet/clean. Definitely recommend it we loved it.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

The apartment had everything you need to have a comfortable stay for 6 adults, the apartment has quick access to the elevator and the pool and beach area. Very clean, tidy and very comfortable to rest. Highly recommended for travelers like me who are looking for cleanliness, tranquility and for my family to feel comfortable. The apartment is nice. The 3 air conditioners work 100%, so we never felt hot in the apartment. It's clean, quiet and the pool is large.

I was glad to have found this listing as I booked the day of going. The space was exactly as pictured the swimming pools that were on the property were great especially the rooftop swimming pool. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying my morning coffee with a view was unforgettable.
