This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

Loved our stay at Andrea's place! Great location, very large and comfortable unit. Really great space for 3 couples. Everything we needed to cook meals. Balcony is huge, the view is beautiful, and the unit is very convenient to the elevator that goes down to the pool/beach. The resort is very well kept and staff were very friendly. Andrea was really great regarding communications. The resort tries to sell you the all-inclusive option and have you go to a timeshare breakfast when checking in, but we declined. Attending the breakfast gives you lots of discounts at the resort, but we were only there for 3 days, so we didn't want to spend any of our time on that. We found the prices at the restaurants/bars at the hotel to be fairly reasonable.

very nice stay, incredible view from the living room, infinity pool for adults with ocean views, oxxo downstairs for shopping. Sure, we'll be back soon. Just consider that as of May 25, they are fixing the elevator.

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

Excellent accommodation is noted for its cleanliness and a variety of amenities. It is strategically located close to attractions and public transportation, and offers a good value for the price. It also has positive reviews. The views of the bay are spectacular; we even saw dolphins in the distance. I guess in whale season they could be seen from the balcony.

This is a rare find gem - private villa, close to the small but nice beach protected from ocean waves. Two stores villa with a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, spacious common area, two ACs bedroom, two and half bathrooms. The host was easy to communicate with. Parking space is available right at the entrance door. Nearby restaurants are either at 5 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Multiple hikes, one easy hike to the small waterfall starts right from the door. Highly recommend to rent it any time of the year.

The condo is very clean, very spacious, and is overlooking a massive pool and patio area, that is meticulously maintained by the friendly and helpful staff. It is such a large area you feel as though you have it all to yourself, there are lots of trees and the area is very private. Alejandro is a very accommodating host, he was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. The condo is within walking distance to the marina where you will find many great restaurants. We were able to purchase wrist bands to access Vidanta, there is cart service to pick you up and drop you off at the door as well. There aren’t enough stars to give! we had a wonderful vacation here, and would absolutely recommend Alejandro and this property to anyone. We truly felt at home here! Muchas gracias!

Excellent option for a beach vacation, very practical to have the beach attached to the house as it is very comfortable for the whole family, a very quiet area ideal for rest, you can find all the amenities very close, in general very good option for a great vacation

The apartment was amazing, it totally matches the description. We went with my whole family, young children, teenagers and adults and we all enjoyed it immensely. The service provided by Karina and Raúl (support staff) made our stay much easier. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. The location with the pool, and the sea in front is priceless. The ocean view from the rooms is BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you for everything, I'll come back.

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights. Casa Glea was very clean and very well stocked with everything you might need. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of plugs for plugging in cellphones etc. There was a booklet with information about the condo and the surrounding area. The best advice was to open all the doors and windows and enjoy the breeze. It was very fresh. However, the ACs all work very well. The view of the ocean and pool from the balcony/condo was really nice. There is a restaurant at the foot of the property right on the beach that is very convenient and quite good. There is also a private sitting area with lounges, and umbrellas right on the beach for people staying at the complex. When we weren’t in the ocean, we really enjoyed the pool. There are several nice restaurants, an Oxxo, a liquor store, and a couple of pharmacies, all within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommend Casa Glea to others.

We had a fabulous time! Albert + his condo were certainly two of the reasons why. We travel to Puerto Vallarta as often as we can and we have already booked Albert’s place again. Thank you for your hospitality and the perfect place to unwind!

We wanted a quiet and relaxing vacation for our visit to Puerto Vallarta and this place was perfect. Ubers are inexpensive and it's easy to get to town. The restaurant next door was great for breakfast, lunch or a sunset dinner/evening. The restaurant staff was wonderful and we never had a disappointing dining experience. You can rent a chair & umbrella on their beach. The larger beach was a 5 min walk. Mane was very responsive when I contacted him. Sunsets and early morning moons were simply beautiful. The housekeeping service was wonderful! We plan to book again in the future.

Beautiful spacious home in a private neighborhood. It is only a 20 minute walk or 3 minute car ride from a beautiful beach with calm waves. We loved it and hope to come back. Highly recommend.

Great place, it had always caught my attention. We went in the best season, we had the place almost to ourselves, I really liked the privacy and security, we'll be back soon!!! Thank you for everything to the host!!!!

We stayed for a week with friends who own a condo in a different tower. The condo was spacious and very clean. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views. We had a wonderful time and are considering staying again next year. One callout would be that the kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities like salt, pepper, dish soap or a sponge. Just a heads up that you will need to buy these or bring them with you.

Everything was very good, very nice, the facilities were very comfortable, the pools were very large with a lot of space, everything was excellent, thank you very much.

A great place to spend time as a family. Very quiet and safe. Just what's needed to live together. The huge space to interact. Everything is close, but the only bad thing is the prices at the supermarket

my second stay, this time with my dogs. perfect with the garden. Everything very enjoyable. Communication with Ben is easy . If there is something to fix, he is on it right away. I would stay here any time again

Great stay - we love the Sayan Beach condos and this unit in particular. The views from this unit are unbeatable - just high enough not to be obstructed by anything. The distance to town is also just right- not too close, not too far. Beach access is a nice plus - the beach below is largely vendor free and not crowded. The food in the building restaurant is quite good so we only ever ate breakfast there. Pickleball court was nice- we used it three times. (Evening was best for purposes of being in the shade.) Staff was all friendly (even though the front gate guy was a little pushy re tips). Washer dryer access was very convenient, as was having beach towels. Gym was clean and well equipped. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful vacation apartment hosted by Alejandra and Jose! Very attentive and welcoming super hosts! The apartment is very clean and is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located in a very secure tourist zone, super close to grocery stores, and a lovely walk to Bucerias for restaurants. Easy bus access across the street taking you Puerto Vallarta.
