Vacation rentals with a patio in Nuevo Vallarta

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia el la propiedad. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla super bien. La playa esta excelente, hay camastros y palapas para disfrutar de un buen día. Y por supuesto Alexndra es una excelente anfitrión. Siempre al pendiente de mis dudas. El departamento cuenta con un cajón de estacionamiento y llegamos en dos autos por lo que el personal se porto de maravilla ayudándonos con un cajón extra. En general todo el personal muy atento y servicial. Sin duda volvería.

Un lugar fantástico, está muy cerca de la playa y la piscina en el septimo piso es increíble. Nos gustó también que había alguien en la recepción 24/7. Volveríamos con gusto!

Fabulous home. Very roomy. Very clean. Brianda and Paco responded to any need or issues immediately. Laundry on site, and even laundry supplies. The pool was private and comfortable. The whole place was utterly spotless and well taken care of. I could not have chosen a better location, or a better host. Thank you both for having me. I wish I had booked my time there longer

Nos sentimos como en casa, departamento lindo, con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar, la alberca frente al depa fue nuestro lugar de relajación después de un día de playa, pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles en familia sin duda vamos a volver.

We had an amazing stay at Ulises' apartment! It was spotless, just like the photos, with a beautiful view and excellent facilities. The internet was fast, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook. The bed was massive and super comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool. All the pools were clean, and the smaller one was wonderfully warm. Ulises was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. We already can’t wait to come back!

Las fotos de este departamento no le hacen justicia. Está más lindo en persona. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, centro de lavado, cocina bien equipada, y la cama está SUPER cómoda. Mi esposo y yo lamentamos no haber agendado toda nuestra estancia en este lugar. Dormimos como reyes, no había ruidos ni entraba la luz. La alberca está muy bonita, con una vista increíble. El gimnasio está bien equipado y hay una zona de hamacas donde puedes descansar. Cuenta con seguridad y su propio estacionamiento, y fue muy sencillo acceder. La comunicación con Sebastián y Louis fue sencilla y eficiente. Es de los mejores lugares en donde nos hemos hospedado en México. Si regresamos a Puerto Vallarta nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

Israel es un excelente anfitrión, siempre al pendiente para apoyar y responder inmediatamente. El condominio en donde se encuentra la casa está muy bonito, limpio, cuenta con seguridad las 24 hrs, la alberca está increíble. La casa es muy amplia, cómoda, todo muy limpio, cuenta con 3 amplias y cómodas habitaciones con aire acondicionado y 2 baños completos, lo que le da el plus a cualquier lugar es que cuenta con una recámara en la planta baja para la comodidad de las personas que no pueden subir escaleras. La sala decorada con buen gusto y muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado funcionando y que permite pasar momentos agradables en familia. Reglas e indicaciones muy claras, lo que facilita la estancia. Cuenta con tiendas de abarrotes, tiendas de autoservicio, plazas comerciales y sobre todo unas playas hermosas muy cerca del lugar. El alojamiento es una gran oferta de costo beneficio. Me encantó el lugar, ideal para familias y muy recomendable, sin duda regresaria nuevamente.

Our stay at Casa Los Señadores was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly welcoming, always responsive, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself is truly a hidden gem. While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

Awesome place house had everything we needed and the area was super quiet/clean. Definitely recommend it we loved it.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

Excelente Propiedad, es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Excelente ubicación, super comoda, realmente te hace sentir que estás en casa. Tiene lo necesario para preparar tus propios alimentos. Cada detalle de la casa es increíble. Las amenidades del condominio son excelentes. La Atención que te brindadn es oportuna y rapida. Sin duda regresaremos con ellos. Armando siempre estuvo al pendiente de brindarnos la información necesaria para nuestra llegada de forma oportuna y clara. El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda para 6 adultos, el departamento tiene acceso rápido al elevador y al área de albercas y playa. Muy limpio, ordenado y muy cómodo para descansar. Totalmente recomendado para viajeros como yo que busco limpieza, tranquilidad y que mi familia se sienta agüero. Seguramente volveremos pronto.

agradable el departamento los 3 aires funcionan al 100 por lo que nunca tuvimos calor en el departamente, limpio, tranquilo y la alberca grande.

I was glad to have found this listing as I booked the day of going. The space was exactly as pictured the swimming pools that were on the property were great especially the rooftop swimming pool. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The home was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
