Excellent location and walkable to everything.

The most perfect stay in Modica. We used the car park recommended which was free and easy to find with the instructions shared. Just beware of the steep walk with luggage (approx. 7 mins). Peppe greeted us at the car which was brilliant. He was super welcoming even offering some food reccos. The home is stunning with the best view of Modica! We loved Corrado’s place. It was much bigger than it looks and incredibly quiet particularly in the bedroom. The location was fantastic, steps from the cathedral and so many wonderful restaurants and things to see. Great to have parking on the road outside although the streets can be tight in places so hire a small car! The apartment was beautiful, immaculately decorated and with everything you need. My only recommendation would be different pillows as they were a little lumpy, and the WiFi was not that reliable but we would 100% recommend regardless. Corrado was helpful with our very late check in due to the flight being delayed, and recommended some great local restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house is much more than just a fantastic place to stay! This house is an absolute work of art and the ones who planned, implemented and decorated it are real artists! I couldn't stop walking through the rooms and looking at the details. Everything is just beautiful and functional at the same time: from wardrobe hooks, sheets, towels and plates, to the furniture to the great stove. Only high quality materials are processed in this house, nothing is cheap or kitschy. No compromises were made here. There are some beautiful, tailor-made decor accents and otherwise there is no unnecessary stuff around! The walled garden is fantastic, but especially we loved the small viewing terrace, where you can sit in the morning sun. Scicli is a picturesque town, many beautiful restaurants are within walking distance and experiencing the Easter celebrations there was a very special experience. Thank you!

Villa Sorelle was a wonderful stay! It does not have close neighbors, so was peaceful and private, but also is only a short drive into Pozzallo which is a lovely sea front town. The pictures accurately show it, nicely updated, clean, and with nice pillows and cushions throughout. The host also arranged a lovely crib and high chair for us. Highly recommend!

Marion’s house is the most beautiful air b&b that we have stayed in. The setting is magical, so private and peaceful, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The pool and garden area perfect for relaxing. The kitchen great for cooking, and there is a good, cheep supermarket in Vizzini. The outside dining area is lovely too. The living room is very big and luxurious, we enjoyed playing cards in here every evening. Bedrooms are nice, no air con but we found we didn’t need it. The bathroom has a lovely big walk in shower. It took a while to get used to the roads, a car is essential for this property and you have to take the driveway very carefully. Vizzini is a nice little town, we saw no tourists which was great! The 6 cats are a great addition, so sweet and entertaining. Syracuse Ortigia and Ragusa Ibla are great places to visit. Although we didn’t meet Marion we had contact whenever necessary and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Thankyou so much for the most memorable holiday!

Wonderful place and location.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed! Stylish, modern, imaginatively furnished... simply fantastic! Above all, the view from the balcony of the old town of Modica is so great!!! Will definitely visit again. Marcello gives the best tips and is super nice and friendly. :)

Rudia's place is a little treasure. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back. Rudia is a great communicator: she was always quick to reach, had valuable tips for restaurants at hand and was always available for questions. Modica is worth a trip, also to explore Ragusa, Noto and other places of interest in the region. The apartment is very well equipped, quiet, air-conditioned and dark if you like and has a beautiful balcony for mild evenings. In short: Here you can have a very good vacation.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

Francesco's apartment is spacious, very bright and tastefully decorated. You can see the lighthouse and the sea from the balcony. The self check-in works wonderfully without any problems. Francesco is a good host and has always communicated super fast and easily. He gives tips for sightseeing (thank you, I looked at the Castello on Sunday!) and helps with any questions. The WiFi is stable and also works well for video calls if needed. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this apartment.

Great location! Easy walk to Ortigia, which is absolutely gorgeous area all around! Airbnb apartment is beautiful and spacious. Regardless of its central location, we have not had much of any street noise and the nights were quiet. Highly recommend this place!

We (me, my husband, and our one year old) had a lovely stay at Salvatore’s apartment. The neighborhood was excellent, the apartment was clean and spacious, and the balcony was amazing! As a bonus, there is excellent water pressure in the shower, which was luxurious after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Ortigia.

We stayed with our 2-year-old daughter in this accommodation and it was ideal for us. Right on the beach, few people, quiet surroundings, there are even beach toys for the kids. So we didn't lack anything. The communication with the host worked great. We would come back any time!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at Salvo and his parents place. After exploring the beautiful surrounding towns, we were able to spend time in the garden or cool off in the sea, to which there is direct access. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. An ideal place for a quiet vacation in Sicily.

Great place, was very cozy and just the trick for a short trip where you can take a 20 minute walk to the city center. The outdoor patio was also great.

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend
