Beach Cottage

AndrewRating, 5 stars11 months ago
we found the accommodation as per shown, the beach was a great thing to see each day and the whole of the area , the local town , plus the North East as a whole is very clean , it puts most of the UK to shame. The people were at all times very friendly.

Beach View Cottage near Alnmouth

TonyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The location is what makes this place special. To the south of the Alnmouth estuary at the end of a private road in front of mud flats and dunes it is very peaceful. Only disturbance were occasional walkers on the coast path. Easy access to a glorious, enormous, empty beach that stretches for miles. To the North, 45 mins walk to Alnmouth. The barn feels bigger on the inside than it looks in the photos, perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. There is a completely fenced in garden at the front so dogs were safe outside. House in very good decorative condition and communication with Simone was excellent

Waterside View

ColinRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The property is spacious, but still cosy. It's best feature has to be it's location - situated literally on the coastal path, with great views and just a short walk to a fabulous, huge empty sandy beach. The walk along the beach to Warkworth, with it's castle, bridge and pubs/restaurants is a must.

Dunes Cottage, great bungalow - south facing patio

LindaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very comfortable bungalow, great for our 3 generational family break with 2 dogs. Having 3 bathrooms was absolutely brilliant. All the linens were good quality and towels were nice and soft. The location is perfect for a beach holiday and we had lots of lovely walks.

Spacious and bright cottage with fabulous views

LucyRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a relaxing few days at Ireby cottage. The house itself was extremely spacious, light and bright with views over the farmland. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views. The dog was made welcome with a handy towel, water bowl and a few treats. The enclosed garden was a bonus for the dog. We did find it tricky to walk the dog on nearby roads as there are no footpaths. However after speaking to Phil we found a suitable walk through the farm. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the appliances have straightforward instructions. The two bathrooms were clean and had plenty of space and storage. The water pressure is a bit slow but the showers were lovely and hot. Morpeth is a beautiful town with plenty of walks, shops and places to eat. We also visited Alnwick, Newcastle and Bamburgh - all within easy reach of the cottage. All in all it was a fantastic stay, and we came home refreshed. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beachy Hideaway with Hot Tub to Soothe the Soul

AlastairRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our five nights in Seahouses were made perfect by the accommodation provided at the Beach House, hosted by Rachel. The comfortable, spacious and well equipped bungalow was ideal for our family group of eight. We had great weather, so we were able to make full use of the large patio which overlooked the fields. Its close proximity to the beach and town was an added bonus, as was the parking on the drive for three cars. All of our group ranging from 19-85yr olds would highly recommend the Beach house and it is a perfect base for anyone wanting to explore this beautiful area.

Little Haven, Lovely 2-Bed Detached Bungalow

JamesRating, 5 stars12 months ago
We had a hugely enjoyable stay in Little Haven, which is a great base for exploring the stunning county of Northumberland. The property is homely, and all the furnishings and applicances are high-specification. The kitchen was well-equipped for a self-catering break, and crucially, the bed was comfortable! Check-in was straightforward and the property was perfectly clean. The location is excellent: the seafront is around a 5 minute walk, as is the local supermarket and butcher. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Little Haven to others and would indeed stay here again.
