Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Northern New Mexico

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our time here! We loved that it was secluded from town - a wonderful place to relax and just sit outside and enjoy nature. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place. A quick overnight my son and I. Conveniently located within 5 miles of Ojo hot springs. Comfy beds. Enjoyed the gurgling creek outside and wide open skies.

The Glass House in Cedar Crest was by far the nicest home I've had the pleasure to stay in. First, it was spotless in all areas. Secondly, it is absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. The hosts have also thought of everything you might need or want and supplied it. The house layout is perfect with very large private bedrooms and a huge great room to gather together, and the decor is lovely and not overdone. The hot tub and sauna were such wonderful additions too. The beds and linens were top quality, and the hosts responded immediately when I had a question. I really can't say enough about this very unique and beautiful property. Everyone in our group thanked me profusely for finding the Glass House for our family weekend.

Incredible spot close to Santa Fe- the drive is beautiful and this place is nestled in a very cozy and quiet spot! We really enjoyed our stay at Ryan and Johanna’s spot- they have thoughtfully created a very beautiful space on their lovely property! Everything is better than pictured- it’s so clean and well stocked! Fantastic hosts, very kind, easy to chat with and our kiddos loved getting to meet their pets! If we make our way back to the area again we will for sure book here!

The casita was attractive, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The antiques in the bedrooms are awesome, and the sunroom was a delightful place to eat and hang out. The location has easy freeway access, but feels like you're way out in the country. Brenda was friendly and responsive.

I had a wonderful three-day stay. The beautiful stone house is clean and private, featuring a fantastic jacuzzi and a roll-in shower. Upstairs, there’s a comfortable bed and a lovely veranda perfect for watching the sky. Highly recommended.

The scenery around the house was beautiful and it was nice with the strings lights at night. My wife and daughter had fun playing the games that were provided and also had a good time taking pictures of the mountains. The surrounding area was quiet and we didn't have any complaints.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed staying at Jeremy's place. We both felt we were literally staying in a National Park. The casita was immaculate and we had clear directions to the casita as well as for check-in. Jeremy provided helpful information both before and during our stay. As Georgia O'Keeffe said about New Mexico, " ...it will itch you for the rest of your life", the same can be said about Jeremy's place.

This is an absolute gem to stay at and get the full experience of Colorado! The view was our favorite part and seeing some wildlife right in the neighborhood. Easy check in and out with quick and helpful responses when needed. I would definitely stay here again if we ever revisit Pagosa!

I loved this place. Very quiet but also right in town and within walking distance of the local restaurants/shops. Very clean and the AC stayed quite cool in the New Mexico heat. A true gem.

There are not enough words or a high enough rating system to describe my experience with Michael and the place he provided for my stay!!!! It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had from the communication, the friendliness, professionalism, recommendations, accommodations, scenic views, and just the awesomeness of my time there! I will gladly book this place and this place alone anytime I make it out to this part of New Mexico!! Wonderful town and wonderful place! Thanks so much again for everything! The room was nice and cozy. Instructions to find the place and get in were clear. The location was a 10-15 minute drive from the casino which is why we selected it. All around food stay.

Casita Loretta was in a great location to walk to the Taos square without being right on top of the restaurants. It was clean and comfortable and met our needs well. The property was nice as well.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is a basement apartment located within 20 minutes of Albuquerque yet in a mountain setting, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. It's minutes away from the ski resort and crest of the mountain with lots of hiking and biking options as well. The unit is tastefully decorated in a lodge theme with plenty of attention to detail. Brad was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

I had a lovely stay at Lucy‘s place in Madrid. It was clean, cozy, peaceful and had a cool mix of an eclectic furnishings and decor. It had just about everything you could want and need. Lucy was very responsive and helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her space if you’re going to be visiting the Madrid area! Very funky, artsy, friendly little town!

This house is in a beautiful place tucked into a mountain community. Lovely view of the mountains with a space to be outside and enjoy the sun and the flowers. Peaceful, comfortable, and verdant.

Nathan and Taylor checked all the boxes for amazing hosts and then some! Directions were precise, communication was always prompt and the place was very welcoming. It has everything needed to enjoy your stay. The bike park is located a short distance away, no driving needed!! I highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Angel Fire!

Very cute place, just like the pictures. The area is quiet but close enough to walk to downtown Taos, though youll still probably need a car for things like grocery store and misc activities. The hosts were very responsive when I had a question. Make sure to read the “directions from host” as they clearly list how to find/get into the unit. We were provided some granola bars at check in which was a sweet and kind touch. I didn’t see shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, which was fine since I always pack my own but something to keep in mind if you don’t always travel with it. It was a lovely stay

Jesse offered a good overall experience at the Airbnb. The bed was comfortable and overall the space was quite accommodating.

Cozy and close to the Plaza We spent a wonderful week in this Taos Airbnb! The location and price couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Plaza, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. The space was comfortable, clean, and felt like a home away from home. Perfect for exploring all that Taos has to offer. Highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed at Taryn's place over the Memorial Day weekend. The place was clean and easily accessible. There was plenty of street parking, and it was a walkable distance to the Old Town area. We enjoyed our stay there. The instructions were clear on check-in and check-out. Taryn was responsive when we ran out of toilet paper! We didn't realize we only had one roll, but we were promptly provided with a toilet paper delivery! There's a tiny kitchen area if you need it, too. Overall, it was a great space to rest your head! It was also quiet at night, even though it's by a main street, we didn't hear any noise at night.

We had a comfortable and convenient stay. Drives are within minutes, but you can as well easily walk to the cafes right down the street. We also easily cooked meals with all the convenience of the amenities within the home.
