Mid-Town Cottage with Private Garden

Wake up to morning sunlight streaming through french doors and then sip coffee in your own private garden area. This cottage offers wonderful character including exposed wood-beam ceiling, pink refrigerator and a shabby-chic kitchen table. Kick back with a book on the sofa amid the eclectic artworks, vivid hardwood floors, and antique chandeliers within this serene getaway. This is an open concept living area with tons of natural light and a nice view to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. While compact, the high ceilings give it an airy feeling and the floor to ceiling tiled shower is very spacious. All finishes are thoughtful and high quality. This is a free standing guest house with it's own private front patio and gated, off-street parking. Located down a long driveway off of Agua Fria Street and away from the traffic sounds. If I am out of town while guests are staying I will still be available via phone/email and I will have someone local that can be available to assist at all times. The home is set in central Santa Fe, steps away from the trendy boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and art galleries of the Railyard Arts District. Shop local vendors at the Sante Fe Farmers Market, then peruse contemporary artworks at the SITE gallery. We have good off-street parking right in front of the casita. There is close access to the Santa Fe River Trail and the Acequia Trail for walking, jogging and biking. This is a detached casita & we live in the main house. The casita has it's own private outdoor space. We can be available in person to assist with any questions or guidance during your stay.

This little historic home was built just before the turn of the century and was one of the first structures in Raton.
