Lovely friendly hosts make visitors feel very welcome in their beautiful home. Inviting bedroom with super comfy bed made for a great night’s sleep. Lovely private bathroom. Beautiful location in a tranquil spot, easy for access and parking. Great communication. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

I was a participant in one of Loughborough University sporting events and I decided to go Airbnb after not so good experiences with local hotels and discovered a sanctuary away from the noises of other participants, and felt so refreshed for the second day's events. The place was so clean, facilities were good and it's within a good walking distance from campus.

I enjoyed my time whilst staying here. The place was exactly as described and clean. I also want to give compliments to the host for being very responsive.

A little gem of a place, tucked away from the main road & very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newark. Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Scott. He was responsive and helpful with the whole stay. His place is exactly as described and easily accessible to all things in Nottingham.

Zena is a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. She was kind enough to make us breakfast in the morning which set us up perfectly for our day at a festival. We enjoyed the conversation over breakfast and Zena gave us privacy at the right times as well. The house and garden are lovely and have all the facilities you would need. If we are in the area we would definitely stay again.

Lovely and clean, loads of nice touches, such as the fresh fruit for breakfast in the fridge! Wholly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The annex had everything you could need and was fresh and beautifully clean. Joy and Richard really went the extra mile for us and were super friendly and welcoming. The garden area was a place of tranquility and so peaceful to relax in whilst having a morning coffee! You are able to walk to the pub which served lovely food and had a nice relaxing beer garden, we also drove a short five minutes to other local pubs. I would absolutely recommend this annex and would love to return in the future!

I was born in medbourne and forever will view medbourne as my family home along with Ashley, just a couple of miles away. The welland valley is such a beautiful place

Martin & Diane's place was very comfortable with a beautiful garden and a very cute dog. Martin and Diane were kind and attentive without being intrusive. There place have everything that was needed and we were pleased with off road parking. We can recommend their place for a city break or to stay if you are working in Coventry. We will visit again when we are visiting family in the area.

A very pleasant and private apartment, set in some beautiful, peaceful and tranquil grounds. I was lucky enough to be there over a couple of sunny and warm days in June which made pottering around the gardens even more enjoyable. Oh, forgot to mention the homemade jams and cakes...

A great little flat with a large bedroom with sitting area, separate single bedroom, mini kitchen and a shower room. DIY cold breakfast supplied included cereals, yoghurt, two different juices, bread for toast and jam. Martin is really friendly and available to help at any time if needed. It is excellent value for such a big space that would work well for a family with a child. I would happily return if I was back in the area.

I live locally and rented Sophies place as an emergency for my daughter getting ready for prom due to unexpected building works. I'm glad I did, I've found a new spot for visiting relatives.

We had a lovely one night stay at The Stables whilst visiting for a wedding. Very clean and everything was very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and Angela was very accommodating!

I stayed here with my two children when visiting family in Market Harborough. Joanne is very warm and friendly and we felt very welcome and comfortable staying here. The room was perfect, comfortable beds, with fans provided as it was a hot couple of days. I would definitely book to stay here again when I visit.

Susan is a great host, very friendly, and everything was just as expected. I slept well and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. A local shop and pub are within easy wslking distance. I would hesitate to stay stay here again.

The dog friendly bungalow was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and it's a great location.

I needed somewhere close to my meeting and Polly's place ticked all the boxes. The room was well fitted, clean and comfortable. It felt like home. Polly was friendly and welcoming and an excellent host. There was a sizable garden if I wished to sit in it and I could help myself to drinks and breakfast. I was even offered cake! I would definitely recommend. Excellent value for money!
