" Here Comes The Fun" Absolutely Magnificent! Home

HERE COMES THE FUN! Doo-d-Doo-Doo FUN FUN FUN HERE IT COMES! No detailed has been missed. This is truly a luxury home. HERE COMES THE FUN is a single story 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. Finished in early 2020 it was built on 2.5 lots or on one half acre of sand. Its location is only a 3.5-minute walk on a white sand path-like road past just 4 houses to the largest beach on the island. There is public access and golf cart parking available there and that isn’t always the case on other streets.

A two-story beach house features a bright blue exterior and large windows, surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery. A wooden staircase leads to the entrance, with a deck visible on the upper level. The sandy area offers a welcoming beach environment.

Our car-free paradise is a destination like no other. Only steps to the beach, Hakuna Matata provides the perfect escape. The home is complete with marble floors throughout, a granite kitchen and minibar, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have two king beds, a queen, and triple bunks. An entertainment area is complete with a private pool, sitting area, pool table and ping pong table, television, outdoor games, a grill, and an outdoor shower. Two golf carts are provided for your stay to explore.

Sand Dollars is located one block in from the beach (200 steps). Sand Dollars has a Island Club membership with access to 2 swimming pools, paddle boards, kayaks. BYOB—bring your own boat and park at our boat slip (extra fee).

Federico was helpful and responsive when I had any questions. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to disconnect and enjoy pristine beaches with lots wildlife and natural beauty. ”
