This home has plenty of space and the bed are very comfortable, the host is very responsive on arrival the weather outside was like 90 degrees and inside it was 80 degrees we reached out to the host to help us lower the heat inside to bring it to a cooler climate and it took time but it did get cooler after that no problems with the AC . The home is well aquipt with all you need just suggest more larger size bath towels and a paper towel on arrival other than that everything was epic thank you .

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was very clean, organized, and tastefully decorated. Clean linens, and plenty of towels. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is easy to find, the neighbor is quiet, and it's close to shopping and grocery stores. The kitchen is set up with everything you would need to cook meals. The pool is well maintained and the kids loved using it. Orvie is very responsive and was proactive with sending instructions/information. The house has ample space and did not feel cramped at all with our family of 6 staying. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic time in this villa. It was very peaceful. The pool and hot tub were lovely especially after hot days in the parks. There were pool towels and toys available. The bedrooms are lovely and the 2 master suites have enormous beds. The villa was very well equipped. Luis is a great host and answered any questions I had very quickly.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ana’s property. The house was just what we needed for our family of four. The pool was a highlight! Ana was incredibly responsive and we felt right at home. The house is about 20 minutes to Disney and 35 minutes to Universal. My only tiny complaint was that the WiFi was very slow and spotty, but not a huge deal. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Orlando area!

We’ve just finished a fantastic family holiday at this villa and can’t recommend it highly enough. The house was spotless on arrival, with plenty of fresh towels and hotel‑quality linen. The open‑plan living area is bright and welcoming, and the kitchen has every utensil you could possibly need—including a decent sharp knife (rare in rentals!). The private pool is the real star: perfectly clean, comfortably heated, and enclosed for peace of mind with younger children. Location‑wise, it’s an easy drive to Disney and Universal, but far enough away to escape the crowds; supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes up the road. Communication with Frank was first‑class from booking to check‑out—quick replies and genuinely helpful advice. If you’re after a stress‑free, family‑friendly base in the Orlando area, book this place—you won’t be disappointed.

Trevor’s home was amazing! The home looked just like the pictures. There was plenty of space for everyone. Furthermore, everyone slept comfortable. There were towels for us to use with the pool. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. The resort is within walking distance if you like to explore the area. I would recommend his home and would stay again! Go ahead and reserve it you will not be disappointed!

Stayed at Marciels Air B&B for my daughter and niece last allstar cheer competitions at the Marriott. He was welcoming especially with me booking last minute lol. It was enough space for all of us including my dog. The pool area and game room was an amazing touch to the home. There was a small ant problem coming from where the grill is into the pool area which we pretty much cleaned it out before getting in. The house is in a good location, lowkey but still in a busy area. I went to my first 711 in years because it was close by. I haven’t been to a 711 since I moved from Cali to Alabama. Will book this home again in the near future.

Yarell & Miguel are AMAZING hosts. Anytime I needed anything they were always there and even provided recommendations for local spots before my trip even started. The space is great and makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be visiting again!

The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained & very modern. It was perfect for our families. The neighbourhood was stunning, the grounds & all are very well maintained . We had a few minor issues with the pool but it was quickly resolved. Marcy was very prompt responding to my messages & very attentive addressing the issue. Totally recommend this house, we’d definitely stay there again.

Communication from Kelly was fabulous. Unfortunately our plans changed beyond our control at the last minute and we never got to actually stay at the villa, but Kelly kept in touch throughout and was very understanding. I would recommend her to anyone using Airbnb in Orlando.

The villa is in a great location, 10 minutes drive from shops for groceries and restaurants. We had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. Richie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds, sofas and loungers all really comfortable

We had a wonderful time at Chandra's place. Very easy check in and great, responsive communication. Very clean and just as described! We loved the quiet, secluded location and having breakfast on the patio looking at the lake was wonderful.

All I can say is REVIEWS MATTER! Everything was wonderful, the photos were so accurate, we literally felt like we stayed in a mansion for our family vacation. We traveled as a multi-generational family and there was something for everyone. If we wanted to we could have literally stayed at the property and had everything we needed to occupy everyone!! Michael is a 10/10! He was incredible responsive, helpful, explained things proactively before I could even think of a question on something. He was kind and accommodating with every ask we had. We arrived to a personal card and welcome gift which just started us off on the right foot and made us feel appreciated. He truly was the icing to a great stay. We without hesitation would come back to this property or stay with Michael at any of his other listing's just because he was that great. Reviews matter, this place is worth it!

My family and I had a great stay at this home. It was absolutely beautiful and felt like home. We loved the pool and had a great time cooking meals together every night. For a family of 5 this home was perfect. It was large with lots of space and we had rooms for everyone, which was important for us. Jennifer was amazing and responded right way any time I reached out. Thank you for everything!

Pictures don’t do this home justice! I was so impressed when I walked in. The living area is huge. The master bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. The two other bedrooms were nice sizes as well. Plenty of seating both inside and out for our family of four. After busy days in the park, we enjoyed the pool and spa and watching movies. The home was clean and well stocked. Communication was great, and host reached out before and during our stay to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Over the past 20 years, we've stayed at many holiday homes in the Orlando area. At the core most offer similar amenities, like entertainment areas, pool, bed & bathrooms, etc. Denise's villa is different. The home is at the very top end of what we have experienced in number and variety of amenities like fully equipped game rooms, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, themed kids rooms, swimming pool with inflatable toys. What made this house stand out from any we've stayed at before is the tastefulness of the design. Denise's villa looks like a modern, luxurious home we'd gladly live in permanenly, whereas most other rental homes we've stayed at look like a slightly delapidated furniture showroom from the 90s. We really appreciated the incredible attention to detail that went into the interior design. We also loved that the back of the house looks out over a natural area instead of being back-to-back with other people's pool, giving some privacy when enjoying the lanai and pool.

Mimi was an excellent and responsive host. The neighborhood was so peaceful and it was truly a beautiful home. The pool was great for the hot weather and the house was very spacious. 10/10 stay !

The house is just as described. Wish there was more a little bit closer, but it just depends on what you’re there to do. We had a great time. My kids loved the game room and pool.. All of the directions were easy to follow.

It feel just at home

Magic portal house was truly magical! Perfect for our family and two littles. Lots of toys available which kept our kiddos entertained. House was very clean and nice! Pool and hot tub great too! We will stay here again! Safe, private, gated neighborhood made us feel secure! Plenty of dishes and cooking supplies! Loved the extra popcorn buckets and drink cups for the parks!

It was another amazing experience to stay at another one of Ana’s lovely homes! It was in a perfect location! Golf course right in the back yard. Pool was perfect! Can’t wait to stay at one of her locations again! Thank you so much!
