Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

This house was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—even the baseboards and ceiling fans were immaculate. The home is super spacious, with room to spread out comfortably (even the garage was huge!). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook indoors or grill outside, and there were multiple dining areas both inside and out. The pool and spa were beyond refreshing—clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. We loved the outdoor eating area and the thoughtful extras like pool toys and bikes, which added a fun touch. My boys especially enjoyed exploring near the canal, which made for some great memories. The beds were super comfy, with plenty of extra linens and cozy throw blankets. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the house is in a perfect, central location. The hosts were amazing: extremely responsive and helpful.

Great stay. There were some minor problems but communication was good and things were taken care of.

We had an excellent vacation at this gorgeous home! It was very private and clean making it a perfect relaxing spot for my family. The pool was awesome with the canal view and we enjoyed eating out in the patio every night! We loved our time in Cape Coral. The host was very friendly and had excellent communication. We had a few issues arise and the host immediately did everything they could to correct it. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone traveling to the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was super easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning and looking for dolphins and manatees. We would definitely stay here again! Alex was very responsive on the occasion we needed him. Followed up with us too. He was a WONDERFUL host. The house and pool could not have been any better. We loved the indoor outdoor living. We found the house to have much more than we expected. Lots of kitchen supplies that were not expected. We live near by and had visitors from out of state and we would highly recommend this place to anyone all ages. Oh and our 2 little pups had a great times. So happy we can take them with us. We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!

This was a great “home base” for our event at the Heitman House. It was nearby and walkable, with plenty of space for all our guests. The house and backyard were excellent for hosting meals and hangouts, and the place was really well-stocked, making it feel like home and not a random rental. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens, including lots of extras so despite being at full capacity for days we didn’t need to go without. I really appreciated the amount of bath and pool towels that were provided! The hosts were responsive and had anticipated many of our questions and needs. Details like the kitchen having multiple coffee makers, and extra bug spray & beach chairs were nice touches.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Location is close enough to bike into downtown FMB and to the Publix, and we did both during our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. House was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach, which was much appreciated!

Had a great stay! We had to change our dates last minute and Rick and Heidi were awesome to work with! Great response time!! It was so close to everything only needed our car once!! Inside was clean with all the necessities! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

we stayed 3 weeks and felt like at home from the first moment on. the house is amazing. very clean. everything is working well. you have all what you need and more. my wife was so happy to see the air fryer. smile. we cooked for ourself most of the time. if I would choose a home for the rest of my live I would choose a one like this. short trip to many restaurants and shops. we loved our stay and will come back for sure. John and Colleen are so friendly and helpful. always available. we will put this stay to the best 3 of our lifetime. we thank John and Colleen so much to make our stay so memorable.

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect centrally located home. There’s a pool and fishing out back so the kids were busy when they weren’t at the field. Great host, very friendly. We will stay here again.

Super location. So quiet. Very close to the beach. Alan was so responsive and understanding of our flight changes. Lots of local recommendations.

Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us. Can't wait to be back again! We also want to give a special shout out to Florian, the property manager. His attentiveness and communication made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful visit at Lover’s Key Beach club with our toddler. The view was spectacular! Neighbors were helpful and friendly. We had one visitor that came down to the pool to offer helpful swim instruction for our son. At times we had the entire pool to ourselves. We enjoyed the private beach and often were out there playing in the bay alone with dolphins close by. The bed and pull out sofa were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

We were 7 in our group and had plenty of space for everyone. Back porch had lots of room to enjoy the spring break weather. House was fully stocked with silverware, plates, cups, and pots and pans.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful home and very relaxing. Everyone loved the pool and private fishing dock. Plenty of space for the entire family we will definitely be staying again. Thank you for your hospitality

Gina’s place was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly what I was hoping for. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool and the grill setup — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nice weather. The backyard felt like a private little getaway. Gina was also incredibly kind and welcoming, and made everything super easy. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend staying here!

What a beautiful home! The photos don’t do it justice. It has a very coastal, Hamptons style feel to it. Has everything you need and so many unexpected extras. We brought some things but really didn’t have to. Lots of details down to a coffee bar fully stocked and little things for our fur baby, condiments, drinks, etc. Felt like home. The outdoor space (pool, outdoor kitchen, the view & dock) were the highlight! We loved spending the days swimming and fishing. Did catch mostly catfish (lol) but also caught snapper and other types of fish. Sunsets and the breeze outside were our favorite. Home has a great floor plan with 3 accessible rooms in first floor (very comfy beds) and a very cute second floor with its own living room and bedroom & bath. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Cooking was great in the fully equipped kitchen. House is a 10 out of 10! Michelle was a very caring host, super responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this home. Can’t wait to return!
