Good accommodation, just as described. Located at the city centre with free parking. Had a good time with family, although it was just for a night as we came for a party. Would love to stay there again next time in Norwich.

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Sweet quiet spot in busy area but tucked away and very peaceful. Immediate access to amenities and not too far from the centre. Fast response and very smooth self check in which more hosts need to get better at. Gary nailed it,

Our trip to Great Yarmouth was great, we only stayed one night but it was really nice to be able to go back with really comfy beds and a nice quiet room after a long day

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

Angie was an excellent host - quick at replying and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed - roomy, very clean and comfy beds. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Dog friendly and a secure area at the front of the property. Thank you for a lovely stay - if we are in the area again we’ll certainly be back.

This property is in a perfect location, right in the high street close to good restaurants and plenty of local amenities. The railway stations are a 5 minute walk away, the beach is 5 minutes away too. I would definitely stay here again.

A must stay for a romantic getaway!! On arrival we were welcomed by Tina & Greg, showing us round and giving us information that will help make our stay more enjoyable and suggestion of a local pub, The Chequers Thompson which we recommend. The booking was for two nights of peace and quiet away from our busy lifestyles. Deer cottage did not disappoint!! The cottage was clean and tidy, with ample space for a couple. The hot tub was a great addition and one thing we were most looking forward to relaxing in. We planned to make use of the kitchen by making our own evening meal which was well equipped for our stay. Tina and Greg take pride in their service and went above and beyond our expectations. I had informed Tina that we were celebrating my Partners 30th birthday. Tina went to the extra effort of displaying birthday banners and a card. We were gifted a delicious chocolate fudge cake and welcome hamper which had lots of little goodies! Thank you for your hospitality! We will be back!!

We had a great time at Andrew's house. It's the perfect space for large groups and very quirky! We were grateful to Andrew for letting us leave cars at the house earlier in the day as check-in is fairly late (3pm). It would be good to have more detailed instructions regarding check-in but otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend Andrew's place.

Perfect venue for a hen do - so spacious but still homely. Very comfortable and well laid out. We never felt cramped at any point in time. Bonus for such an occasion was the huge spa pool and sauna. Everybody enjoyed using that. Thank you Hannah

We had a fabulous time staying at California fields. Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay for a lovely, quirky, beachfront stay. And the dogs really enjoyed it too!

We really liked how cosy and private the place is. It’s spacious and well designed . The jacuzzi is a nice bonus for a romantic scene. The tv is updated for a great Netflix and chill or if you want to play music YouTube is available. The airbnb comes with towels and robs/slippers for two. Great tea selection with quality biscuits. Would 100% stay here again.

A perfect, homely stay and will return! We absolutely loved the flat it had everything we neeeded and more. thoroughly enjoyed walking around the estate (cows, sheep, chickens, horses, muntjacs and more! and visited the local pub a couple of times for drinks and tasty meals! There is a 5 mile loop walk around great and little massingham which was easy conditions and enjoyable. 15 mins drive to Sandringham, 30 mins to Wells on sea. Thanks for a perfect stay!
