A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

A converted old stable block, attached as a self-contained annexe to a large family house. The Stables has one bedroom (one King sized double bed) and a bathroom (with freestanding bath and separate shower) on the ground floor, a living room/ kitchen area upstairs, and a private walled garden. In the centre of Cley-next-the-Sea, it is within walking distance of the beach and other coastal villages of Blakeney, Wiveton and Salthouse.
