A very comfortable and spacious room with private bathroom in a quiet area of the lovely town of Sheringham. It is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town where there are shops and restaurants, the theatre, train and bus stations or the beach where you can spend all day relaxing. You can enjoy our tranquil garden too which is a sun trap until the end of the day. Breakfast is continental style. Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening.There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !
