It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

Rest and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Hidden in the centre of Cromer with a beautiful secluded sun-trap yard to relax in after a few hours on the beach or a day trip out exploring the local area. Built in 1875, Crescent Cottage was originally the coach house to No.6 The Crescent, and then later became the Doctor’s house (he lived in the right hand side of the cottage and kept his pony and trap on the left hand side, hence the chimney is over the right hand side of the roof!) 🌙

Boaters Hill House (sleeps 8) is set at the centre of a conservation farm in the Norfolk Broads National Park with fine views over the River Waveney. It has recently been renovated with new bathrooms and benefits from its own private hot tub. The bedrooms can either be configured as four doubles or four twin rooms. Well behaved dogs are welcome! Boaters Hill House can be booked in conjuction with our other Holiday property The Cart Lodge which can sleep 6 and is about 80 metres away.
