Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hainer, in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Doors open and the large and wrap-around wooden terrace becomes an outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to the evening drink at sunset without leaving the lake out of sight.

Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop wood burner, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the loft area, well thought-out lighting concept. And it comes with a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Make yourself comfortable and unwind in the tiny house.

The two-story holiday home is surrounded by lush greenery, featuring a well-maintained lawn and vibrant plants. A charming balcony extends from the upper level, while a cozy patio area is visible on the lower floor, creating an inviting outdoor space.
