Self contained wee cottage. Living room with feature stone wall, fully equipped kitchen and patio doors opening onto the garden. Best suited for a couple with 1 double bed in the ensuite bedroom. Chair-bed suitable for child or small adult for £20 extra. Well-behaved pets welcome but NOT to be left on their own, garden is enclosed but not secure. No weeing or soiling on the grass. Complimentary breakfast for the first morning, plus tea, coffee and condiments Wifi strong STRICTLY NO SMOKING

The cottage is ideally situated in Lucklawhill, between St Andrews and Dundee, approximately 7 miles from each. The front of the house offering stunning panoramic views over the Firth of Tay and St Andrews Bay; the other side providing access to quiet woodland and country walks. Full spacious property available comprising two large double bedrooms, modern open lounge area, dining room, well furnished kitchen, shower room and WC. Two further beds available in loft conversion if required.

The House has good walking access to local attractions including being only 2 minutes from Scotscraig Golf Club (13th Oldest in the World) and 10mins from the stunning Kinshaldy Beach with views over the river Tay, The village also has several charming cafes, bars and local shops. Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.
