This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Place a pin on your perfect location to base yourself in St. Ives and we believe you’d choose here - and this had been our home until 2022, so we know!

Ship Ashore, quirky cabin with Twin beds

Ship Ashore is just a few yards from the sea & has a large enclosed established garden Being based upon a ship interior please bear in mind that some door frames are low and the 2 single beds are slightly more narrow than normal i.e. the single beds are 61cm but are of normal length. The shower is located in an outside room - bathrobes are available The cabin is accessed by the main gate at the bottom of Abbey Slip and you can enjoy a relaxing stay in your own space overlooking the harbour

“Ocean View” is a spacious three double bedroom upstairs apartment in the heart of Penzance. You can watch the sun rise with fantastic uninterrupted views of Mounts Bay and St Michaels Mount. Walking distance to plenty of eating and drinking places. Close to the bus and train station for trips to St Ives or Lands End. A short walk to the harbour where you can catch the Scillonian ferry boat to the Isles of Scilly for a day trip, or wherever takes your fancy as this place is central to it all.

'Argel Byghan' is a small, bright attic apartment with handmade features & mid-century style. It has a compact kitchenette & no TV. The sheltered patio garden is ideal for coffee or dining. No sea views but quietly away from the road. Close to coast & countryside, and 30 mins prom walk to Penzance. Situated on the art school hill with harbour & Mounts Bay views. 10 min walk downhill to Newlyn’s shops, bars, restaurants, gallery & cinema, with a steep return. Not suitable for children or pets.

It is perfectly placed for exploring the immediate area including the harbour, art galleries, independent shops, Lido and sub-tropical gardens. Not far from Penzance are the picturesque fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn. St Michaels Mount, Lands End, St Ives and the Minack Theatre are also just a few miles away. The South West Coast Path trail passes along the seafront and is very popular with all age groups.

This unique place has a style all its own. Brand new, compact, light and airy studio perfect for a short stay. Own entrance with separate patio area. The studio has a super comfortable new bed and has a tv, small fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. It has a lovely new bathroom. It is situated less than 5 minutes from Penzance town centre with restaurants, pubs, cinema and shops. it is less than 10 minutes walk to the sea front and the Art Deco Jubilee Lido with the geo thermal pool.

Plenty of walks on the doorstep across the SW Coastal Path. The Logan Rock Inn pub is 5 mins walk across the fields and Sennen Cove surf beach is less than 10 mins drive. Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.
