In addition, house is connected with high speed fiber Internet access and a quiet study/den, just in case work calls.

This private villa is nestled just across from the ocean and 15 minutes from Fresh Market, Bayshore Marina, the Montagu Fish Market and many other conveniences. Access to the beach is quick but this is ideal for families and couples who love to pick up their fresh fish, grill it by the pool, and bask in the sun. The outdoor gourmet kitchen with TV and speakers and the pool bathroom and outdoor shower make it easy to "get away" without leaving property. This large home provides privacy for all.

This 2Br 1 Ba Apartment with a shared pool in a quiet and peaceful area known as Coral Harbour where the 1965 James Bond "Thunderball" was featured. Its also has a quiet 25 minute walking to beach, 15 min walk to Grocery. Beautiful Beachfront 5bd 5 bath - sleeps up to 12

Everyone was in awe of how beautiful the place was! It was stunning! There was 8 of us in our group and the home had plenty of space. We all got a bed and each had its own bathroom. Which made it extremely convenient when we were all getting ready to head out at the same time. If you’re looking for an amazing place with a beach within walking distance I highly recommend staying here! Communication was great and any questions or issues we had were fixed in a timely manner. Thanks so much for an amazing stay! If I come back to the Bahamas I will definitely book this home again!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly accommodating, making sure that everything was set up perfectly for my stay. Communication was outstanding—every time I had a question or needed something, they responded quickly and with such a friendly attitude, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It had all the amenities I needed, and the little thoughtful touches throughout really made a difference. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host’s kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality truly stood out, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

The place is absolutely beautiful, maxime and his wife made us feel right at home. Lots of recommendations, great communication. I would recommend getting a car to explore the beaches of Nassau, we hope we return back in December as it is really a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you so much Maxime :)

Amani Island Homes 2 BR 1 Bath sleeps 4 - Unit 2

My stay at Amani's was exceptional. It was everything the listing suggested: a peaceful and convenient area, a quiet neighborhood, clean rooms & surrounding areas, and ideal amenities. There were also board games to entertain my family and enough space to comfortably accommodate my needs. This is definitely one of my top choices for visiting Nassau. I hope to stay again on my next visit.
