Great Place!

Everyone was in awe of how beautiful the place was! It was stunning! There was 8 of us in our group and the home had plenty of space. We all got a bed and each had its own bathroom. Which made it extremely convenient when we were all getting ready to head out at the same time. If you’re looking for an amazing place with a beach within walking distance I highly recommend staying here! Communication was great and any questions or issues we had were fixed in a timely manner. Thanks so much for an amazing stay! If I come back to the Bahamas I will definitely book this home again!

PARADISE is the word that comes to mind when I think of our time at Jennifer's gorgeous villa. The villa is luxurious and private; a true haven of tranquility. From the private pool to the stunning views of the Bahamian sea, it was the perfect setting to enjoy a truly warm, relaxed, yet refined ambiance. Swimming pool, fresh coconut water, music, and an incredible grill made our stay truly remarkable. All we needed was available--pool towels, sunscreen and more. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds super comfortable. The airconditioning and fans made our stay comfortable at all times. The place is absolutely amazing--beautiful, clean, comfortable, and a haven from any worries. Parking is available and the villa was easily accessible. Jennifer's recommendations for brunch, restaurants and beaches were impeccable. We left rejuvenated. The only down side? We had return tickets, so had to leave. We cannot wait to return. Truly incredible. Best airbnb ever!

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly accommodating, making sure that everything was set up perfectly for my stay. Communication was outstanding—every time I had a question or needed something, they responded quickly and with such a friendly attitude, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It had all the amenities I needed, and the little thoughtful touches throughout really made a difference. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The host’s kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality truly stood out, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

The area was quiet and I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler. The house was beautiful and spotless. Ms. Porsche had great communication and any hiccups I had she dealt with it right away.

The place is absolutely beautiful, maxime and his wife made us feel right at home. Lots of recommendations, great communication. I would recommend getting a car to explore the beaches of Nassau, we hope we return back in December as it is really a holiday of a lifetime. Thank you so much Maxime :)

My stay at Amani's was exceptional. It was everything the listing suggested: a peaceful and convenient area, a quiet neighborhood, clean rooms & surrounding areas, and ideal amenities. There were also board games to entertain my family and enough space to comfortably accommodate my needs. This is definitely one of my top choices for visiting Nassau. I hope to stay again on my next visit.

This is my second time staying at one of Marquin’s property and the experience has been outstanding. The home was easy to find, the instructions were clear and it looks exactly like the photos. We loved both houses but this one stands out a little more because of the pool, which was a lifesaver because of the temperature during our stay. We also appreciated the little snacks left for us. The attention to small details shows the host commitment to going above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Please do not hesitate to book

What an amazing experience. My teenagers were even impressed, and we all know how hard it is to impress at that age. The home was beautiful and exactly what we were expecting. Mark was very proactive in making sure we had all the info needed before we arrived and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded getaway. You definitely need to rent a car if you are planning to explore as it is not super walkable with the distance to most things and the lack of sidewalks. Taxi's are expensive but convenient and very considerate once you are downtown. Our driver Monique (recommended by Mark) was phenomenal and had plenty of recommendations and a wealth of knowledge about the island and some great local spots.

Let me start by saying Anton's place is amazing. We traveled with a group of 8 and it was more than enough room. My favorite part was sitting on the deck in the evenings, listening to music and watching the sunset over the ocean. The pool was amazing and the grounds were immaculate. The house had all the amenities we needed including beach chairs and canoes. Look no further, this is definitely the spot for rest and relaxation. We will definitely visit again.

1 week later and I’m home sick for this villa🥹. The pictures do not do this place justice. The accommodations are amazing. I saw comments about the yard, although there were leaves and flowers on the floor outside I did note the time of year. If u live around flora, you’ll understand that abscission is normal. A special thanks to Kent and Scott who are great hosts and were most responsive. We were a party of 8 and we were all comfortable. This is my forever home in Bahamas 🫶🏽
